Reset Password Every Month
Regardless if I have log in on the site or app I have to reset my password every month. It is very tiresome. They really need to fix this as it is extremely annoying.

Excellent App!
LoanCare has hit it out of the park with this app! I now use it more than the website. The app is highly versatile and contains voluminous information!

Terrible
Nothing but problems every month. The new changes didn’t fix anything. Makes it difficult to pay mortgage or add to principal or escrow. Absolutely hate this app!

Password
The app is simple & convenient to use. However it always makes me change my password. I have it saved in phone so I know it’s correct yet I’m always being locked out & needing to change it. This used to happen monthly on old app then it stopped & with the updated app it’s back to basically monthly password change.

Loan payment increase
No notice of increase, No explanation given. This is not my original lender. I didn’t ask these idiots to buy my loan out from my original lender. They couldn’t lead a drunk to happy hour

The app I started using when I took out my loan with LoanCare about 5 years ago did… nothing. Some data to see but nothing functional.
This version is intuitive, stable and just overall really nice. My dad could have used it without lots of help. Nice work!

I don’t like that are now notifying us on this new app our information will be shared. If you don’t opt in then you can’t use the app. The app is for customer convenience and security. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to agree just to use the app.
