I don’t even know what to say. The app and website have been down for days. Any official word from LoanCare as to when it will be up? Can’t pay my mortgage. Don’t want to mail.Developer Response
LoanCare experienced an outage on November 20, 2023 in which systems were shut down, halting the processing of any payments to customer accounts. While we understand this caused frustration and confusion, we thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this matter. Our systems are now up and operational. You can resume normal activities through your mobile application. If you are still experiencing mobile app issues, please email your concerns to socialsupport@loancare.com.Easy to use
Navigating around the app is easy and understandable. All my info is right here and I don’t have to search for it. Simple and direct, the way it should be.Developer Response

I use the first app that LoanCare put out prior to this one and it is by far more user friendly. You had easier access to amortization schedules, up to date remaining payments, current reflective balance as of setup (but not processed) payment, etc….not so much with this one. Only access is to forms, bills, etc. All other useful tools were removed. Honestly this app is a step backwards, I don’t know who got paid to develop this but it feels extremely incomplete.Show lessDeveloper Response
