Simply amazing!!
I have lost 70 pounds due to intuitive eating! And this app is just amazing and I can’t express how much I love it! Nothing like it anywhere else and I just want to say thank you so much for coming up with this! The videos are soooo helpful and I love that you can read them instead. Again, so much I love about it that I can’t begin to list everything but very happy with it! It is pricey but it is worth it if you put in the work!!

The best journal you’ll find! ✨
I love the Journal on this app! It is great not just for intuitive eating, but for reflecting on movement, self care, sleep, etc. It’s easy to use but also visually appealing (& nothing like tracking in a calorie app or symptom tracker. This one is intuitive, fun, & pretty!)
The Recipe database is second to none! I have a big family and was looking for nourishing + satisfying ideas from an IE dietitian that didn’t require a lot of time, money, or obscure ingredients. I’ve found it!!! 👏🏼👍🏼
Those 2 things alone are worth the membership. That said, there are tons of videos (great education & coaching) as well as access to a fun community of like minded women! Here for it! 👍🏼👏🏼

Best Intuitive Eating Guide- Simple and full of value
After years of yo-yo dieting and learning how badly I messed up my metabolism and bodies natural way to care for itself, it is good to be getting back to healthy behavior. I tried doing this on my own for over a year, but it is a struggle to remove all that diet mindset that has been drilled in my brain for 20+ years.
This app is simple to use, encouraging and helps guide you through the steps to get back to well being. No body shaming, no weigh ins, no crazy contests. Just real support and encouragement.
Oh and the recipes are awesome!

ADHD friendly
I’ve been trying to eat intuitively for a while, but wasn’t making much progress. I got stuck in the not dieting phase and still had a weird relationship with food. So I finally decided to subscribe to this app and it’s only been a week and I feel a difference in my confidence- since my biggest struggle is body image. I really like the journaling portion of the app because it makes it so easy to see what’s working for me and what isn’t. Having ADHD means that I struggle with awareness, and the app helps with that. I also appreciate the mini daily lessons. They are very ADHD friendly. And, as a person who doesn’t like to spend time on Facebook, I appreciate that I can click on the community link and it takes me directly to the group on Facebook so I don’t have to get distracted and forget why I’m on there in the first place. Another ADHD friendly feature! I look forward to spending more time in the app and learning all that I can. I was in the membership a few years ago, but had to quit for financial reasons- and it was good, but the app is a game changer! I love the improvements!

Not being dramatic - this has made a HUGE impact on my life!
There are so many features I LOVE about this app - I can track what I eat without calculating calories. The reflection of how I felt while eating and the reflections at the be of the day have made my self-awareness sky rocket. That’s how things change and you get in tune with what your body needs! I love this so much. Everything about it healthy and encouraging. I 10/10 recommend!

Perfection! For all ages!
This program is exactly what I’ve been needing / wanting for decades. My 14 year old daughter recommended Colleen on social media which had me a bit skeptical but WOW - what a find! Colleen delivers her science based lessons with kindness, empathy and intellect. And she brings deep understanding of the psychology of food issues. The entire program is beyond smart from all angles - the pace, the depth and all of the practical pieces. For example all her lessons are in short 5 minute video clips but also have an easy to read and fun to follow text version. Perfect for screenshots and note taking. I’ve been struggling with food over the last 15 years and have tried different therapists and nutritionists and programs. Finally I found an intelligent, science based program with heart and empathy. Lucky me.

Great start, needs more
The coaching area I find pretty unhelpful- there aren’t many videos and no intersectional topics like disability, etc. it’s just assumed you can move like anyone else and ignores those of us who are limited by disability. There aren’t a lot of classic dbt topics too that seem like low hanging fruit. There’s a section on ADHD but none on autism, despite the prevalence of autism within eating disorders. That said, hopefully these things will improve over time.
I wish we could use captions on the videos, slow them down, and easily backtick time because a lot of the info is dense but she squeezes it into 3-4 minutes without pauses. That means it’s really easy to overlook the gems because there isn’t time for them to sink in! We need processing time for the info while watching. That said the fact it’s written on slides is the saving feature within this- I almost solely use the slides because then I can take my time.
The community I THOUGHT was in the app but it’s just a FB group so even though it seems heavily moderated it isn’t too great for FB haters. Lastly, the app keeps crashing. I can try to do a simple thing like update my “focus” and it crashes without updating anything- same if I try to look at the research notes for a video. Please improve if you’re going to charge this much! Thanks

Great Information and community
I have been interested in learning and focusing on intuitive eating after years of on and off again dieting. I have been using this app for a few weeks and I have loved the short daily lessons, they are easy to follow and have great information and tips on what to focus on without being overwhelming. Highly suggest this app

Not worth the money
This program is fine enough for giving information on beginning intuitive eating, but not worth the money for what it offers. The information is given in small slides that are easily absorbed, and sectioned to be read daily. I appreciate this part of the program. That being said, much of the information is repetitive and already generally available. The information is almost exclusively written for people who deal with restrictive eating patterns and not overeating patterns such as emotional eating, stress eating, or eating past fullness despite being advertised for both types of people. You gain access to a Facebook community which is built mostly of women ranting and raving, which is a great tool for some, but not something I’d pay for given the choice.
What interested me the most in this program is the promise of recovering your hunger cues. This is the most useful information I’ve gained from the program are the two things you must do to accomplish this, and they are as follows:
1. Eat every four hours
2. Include fat carbs and protein in each meal, maybe two in each snack
Everything else can be found online or in books, even Colleen’s instagram. Another thing I quite appreciated about this program is the delivery of information is bite sized information, so practicing this on your own by reading one chapter, one article, one video, and taking notes will accomplish what this program has for me.
This is a great program for what it offers, but if you don’t want to pay what you would for subscriptions that offer much more, I would not recommend this program.

Brilliant App
I have only used the app for a few days and I have found the courses really useful. I have struggled with eating for nearly a year after toxic diet practices. I wish I found this app sooner as I feel it is made for me. The advice and information are so powerful and really help me move forward towards intuitive eating. Thank you.
