    Worst change they could have made. The new app makes me want to withdraw all my money and switch to another bank.

  • Unprofessional

    The developers don't seem to have idea on how to set functions for an app. Its like you keep sending pop ups to check out your new app only for the disastrous over design you have to show us.
    When old app just got perfectly stable and finally understandable you decided to cancel it out.
    Please just give us option to go back to out app in an update and also simple place to check our saving and all data. Not just consumer based marketing data.

  • Extremely disappointed

    In the same way as ENBD have ruined their app, Liv have now gone down the same path with this “X” version. Why don’t you listen to the thousands to reviews on both ENBD X and Liv X which have been provided by customers and allow up to download the old app again whilst you put some time and effort into developing an app which is actually an improvement on the previous one. It would be unsurprising if you lost a lot of customers due to this downgrade - I will be one of them!

  • Liv X app not working.

    The app is ridiculous, it’s completely bugging, I have money in my goal account and it’s the 2nd day I’ve tried to remove money from goal account to my current account and it says completed and Nothing happens, I tried getting in touch via chat, and the chat just keeps getting closed after some time with no response. This is completely ridiculous. My money is saved in goal account which I cannot access. How am I suppose to pay for my day to day expenses.

  • Useless

    I set up LIV to have accounts for my teenage daughters. It worked fine. Now LIV X, I can’t set up the Young Accounts, just says documents processing, click on the young account for update which just starts right back at the beginning. The old app was excellent. This is useless and no way to connect to anyone to help.

    Hi, Liv Lite App is the upgraded version of Liv Young App. If you (parent account) have already migrated to Liv X Mobile Banking App , you can simply download the latest Liv Lite App from App store for kids and login with the existing Liv Young credentials.   • Dysfunctional app and bad costumer service

    This banking app does not work. I have applied for an account just a day ago because they advertise digital banking as they are the easiest? and its already giving me all the unnecessary headache and confusion, the app is crashing all the time, the app took my personal information first, then they denied for the account opening, but within two hours they send an email saying the account has been opened! I cannot access the account even tho i tried using the same password that i used for setting up the account! Costumer service is a bot! Because they dont understand my problem or are being helpful at all! Super frustrating because they keep giving misleading information and guidance!

    I downloaded this App and my account migrated to liv x and lost access to both Apps. Call center is still can not grant me access
