Why have you taken off key functionality??
A serious let down… causing major inconvenience. You cannot upgrade or update software and take away features? Why would you do that??
Honestly, looks like Mashreq Neo or WIO is the way to go… seriously disappointed

We are continuously working to deliver enhanced experience for our customers. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. You will find this icon right on the top of home page. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions, for ease in navigation. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Hope this helps.
