Why have you taken off key functionality??

This is a poor experience.. may look nicer, but we relied on key features… debit card top up, phone to phone transfer, the kyc now needed for the young account .. but that doesn’t work anymore as your app is asking for visa page? There is no more visa page! This is 101..

A serious let down… causing major inconvenience. You cannot upgrade or update software and take away features? Why would you do that??

Honestly, looks like Mashreq Neo or WIO is the way to go… seriously disappointed

Can’t use the app at all

Just got my card in the mail and cannot even login: received an error message that Liv is transitioning customers and I’ll be informed when I can start using my account!

Really poor

Can’t send money to accounts you could send to with the previous app without any apparent reason.

Horrible update.

I've been using using Liv for the past 7 years and I was never this disappointed, I used to love my old interface but I don't know why they required me to upgrade when I see a downgrade, worse UI ever and the worst thing that you can't switch to the old app anymore, I've asked asked Liv customer to help me but they said they can't let you switch, and sending money is a nightmare now before it was so simpe, c'mon we hate this UI please allow us to use the old app or am deleting this account.

I prefer the old one

I really don’t like this one. I don’t know why they have change it and make this one less easy to access. I really don’t like it. I want to go back to the old one.

Hi Eloema, thank you for leaving a review. We have recently done some changes on the UI, global search icon has been added on the homepage precisely to make navigation easy. You will find this icon right on the top of home page. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions, for ease in navigation. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Hope this helps.

Poor update

This new update is a joke! This new update is so complicated. One time it will show that you have no funds which is really scary, thinking you got scammed or something. Of course, you have to figure it out yourself as their chat customer service replies after an hour or 2 when you want to talk to a human being. You have to close the app and open it again then your funds will show. Cannot even add funds to the goals that you have set up from the old app. New update is an absolute joke!

Bad

I have to add all my beneficiaries again, took nearly 72 hours after the app upgrade (which I was forced to do) to see my account balance. Interface is slow and not simple. Can I go back to the old application please I’m wasting time adding all the regular payments all over again and having to set up my beneficiaries and writing this review.
