And the UI of the old app was way better than this one. Too bad you can’t switch to old app after upgrade

Hi, thank you for writing to us. We are happy to confirm that your beneficiary listing issue (transfer issue) has been resolved. Request you to log in the App and kindly try initiating a transfer. Additionally, Global search icon has been added on the homepage precisely to make navigation easy. You will find this icon right on the top of home page. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions, for ease in navigation. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Hope this helps.

Hi , thank you for reaching out to us. Font size is based on mobile device settings. Please go to mobile device "Settings-Display-Font size and style" and increase the font size, then login using ENBD X mobile application to view larger font. In Liv X ,we have done changes on UI by bringing in “Quick Actions” tab on the home page to make navigation easy. Also contrast of colors have undergone change. We are continuously working to deliver enhanced experience for our customers, and we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate the feedback.
