Do not bother upgrading to this app

Not a good update

The old version was much better, this update the x version is feeling very poor, some of the servers like when I wanted to transfer my salary to my Liv account it was available by one click the will prepare a letter with your bank details ready to send to your HR , now it’s now available and if you need this you need to pay 52 AED as they told me by the chat .

Liv X app

After putting in my login credentials it logs me into the app but quickly shuts down before I can do anything

App not working

App stopped working since yesterday. Bery inconvenient since the app is the only way you can access your accounts and cards.

And the UI of the old app was way better than this one. Too bad you can’t switch to old app after upgrade

The aps not good

Its better the old one it is easy to use not like this new one you cannot make any transactions always failed .

Hi, thank you for writing to us. We are happy to confirm that your beneficiary listing issue (transfer issue) has been resolved. Request you to log in the App and kindly try initiating a transfer. Additionally, Global search icon has been added on the homepage precisely to make navigation easy. You will find this icon right on the top of home page. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions, for ease in navigation. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Hope this helps.

Appalling redesign

What have you done?……this redesign is absolutely appalling. I opened my Liv account because the previous app was simple to use and beautiful in design, using the same design ethos as Apple. Now it’s just a complicated mess with advertisements for new products to entice you to borrow more money. It takes way too many clicks to get where you need to go, it’s not clear, the fonts are smaller, you don’t have as much customisation for your goals. Overall the redesign is a disappointment very much like the newest Emirates NBD X app (looks like it was done by the same dev team). It’s so bad I’ll be looking for an alternative bank to move to because for me a Mobile app is the most important element to my banking experience. You need to really consider the user interface, good design should be simple and aesthetic, not this garbage. Terrible terrible mistake.

Please go to mobile device "Settings-Display-Font size and style" and increase the font size, then login using ENBD X mobile application to view larger font. In Liv X ,we have done changes on UI by bringing in “Quick Actions” tab on the home page to make navigation easy. Also contrast of colors have undergone change. We are continuously working to deliver enhanced experience for our customers, and we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate the feedback. Hard to navigate

I had locked my card prior upgrade but i cant even un lock it now
