  • The new app is terrible!!

    The new version of the live app is not user friendly. With liv young accounts i cannot add tasks and chores anymore. The way to rename the accounts is difficult. Im unsure why they had to change a perfectly good working app.

    Hi, thank you for your valuable feedback. "Tasks" functionality and more are in the pipeline, and we’ll be bringing them to our customers in the upcoming releases. Also note, you can give a nickname for the Liv lite account from the "details" tab. Kindly Select the Liv lite account from the home page and click on "details tab" and update the nickname. Hope this helps.
  • Horrible!

    The things are difficult to find with the new layout. It doesn’t seem to have any structure!! It is awful and I find the app not welcoming at all!!!
    The needed functions are not available. The quality of the live chat team sadly dropped too.

    We’re always aiming for the highest quality with our apps, and we apologize if Liv X didn’t meet your expectations this time. However, we have done changes on UI, global search icon has been added on the homepage precisely to make navigation easy. You will find this icon right on the top of home page. Also, “Quick Actions” tab is introduced so that you can select your most used transactions, for ease in navigation. FAQs are incorporated so that customers can clarify their doubts for commonly used journeys. Hope this helps.

    i hate the new update the old one was so much better at least it worked most of the time

  • All was going well on the old app

    On this new app, when open the chat, the link there just redirect you to the old app. There’s no top up button too…

  • The worst banking application in the UAE

    So hard to navigate and to find even my credit card balance. Can’t see a section for any of the card benefits like cashback……banking shouldn’t be this difficult

  • Why have you taken off key functionality??

    This is a poor experience.. may look nicer, but we relied on key features… debit card top up, phone to phone transfer, the kyc now needed for the young account .. but that doesn’t work anymore as your app is asking for visa page? There is no more visa page! This is 101..

    A serious let down… causing major inconvenience. You cannot upgrade or update software and take away features? Why would you do that??

    Honestly, looks like Mashreq Neo or WIO is the way to go… seriously disappointed

  • Can’t use the app at all

    Just got my card in the mail and cannot even login: received an error message that Liv is transitioning customers and I’ll be informed when I can start using my account!

    Can’t send money to accounts you could send to with the previous app without any apparent reason.
