  • I love the structure of Freeletics!

I subscribed for 3 months first and used my coaching sessions which helped me not only to get fit but more organised at work, at home, motivational emails and nutrition all worked until I stopped the subscription after 3 months, I thought I knew it all to carry on my own time by myself. I realised that I was alone and needed that coaching which pushes me and motivates me on daily basis so subscribed for a year when it was on offer and realised that app is improved very much since then (after 5 months), the best training session ever: it works and shows the results just after a month. Your happy, energised, mentally organised, confident, etc. Btw never wrote reviews on any app before so this says it all to me)

2022 review: I’ve been using freeletics on and off since 2015. I use other apps but always come back to this one. I love the lay out of exercises and explanation video of technique how to perform the exercise as well as smooth integration of warm up and cool down. Love the nutrition app too! Just perfect combination for me! Thank you and well done freeletics! Keep it up!

  • ***SUBSCRIPTIONS CAUTION!! AVOID!!***

***BEWARE! Approach subscriptions and auto renewal with extreme caution. Freeletics don’t send notifications of renewal payment being taken imminently, as is the norm with any other company. If you set up your account online, not via the App Store on your phone, the subscription won’t appear on your phones list of subscriptions either, so it’s easy for it to pass undetected. If you have selected auto renewal, (more fool me), it will only be when your bank tells you the funds have been taken that you will be notified, by which time it’s too late. Freeletics refuse to refund renewals, and quote small print in their T&Cs. I have paid 2 subsequent full years of subs before I realised, and I don’t even use the app. Customer services just quote their small print. Not even prepared to meet me half way. Much better alternatives out there, who don’t treat their customers so cynically.

  • Great. Have an app feature request.

Been a paying subscriber for four years. Love your content. I don’t use the coach features anymore because I got through the Freeletics Hardcore program and the challenge wasn’t overly difficult for me.

Could there be a way to default to open the app on the workout screen? It’s only a small thing but it’s been bugging me for a while that I got to tap an extra time every time I open the app. If there was a way to make your own programs that would be amazing. Currently I plan them out on Sunday for the week commencing using my reminders app.

Also, heart rate to show on the watch would be awesome. I’m sad that you took the experimental features off the watch.

  • Never bored but I have a suggestion

I’ve been using the app for 7 years 10 months and 14 days now, I love it and with the updates I’m getting more results, I’m never bored and here in USA is my personal coach! But I think in the Time you have for a workout, you’re not considering the time between one interval or exercise and the next one. So if you are tired after one interval and another you have to take more minutes to recover, so if you said that a workout is gonna take probably 45 minutes, you are not contemplating the time you need to stop to do the next one! I hope to be clear about my concern, thank you and see you in my year 10 🫡😎❤️❤️❤️

  • Great results - just add discipline

Brilliant training app. Love it. Well worth the subscription fee. Nutrition app ok with room for improvement.

Add the right amount of discipline and Freeletics’ training programmes will give you the results you’re after. Been using int for a free years and I am hooked. The training programmes are adaptable to suit or rather push you to progress and become a more flexible, fitter person. Lots of variety and exercises to never get boring (although burpees are by definition never fun, as such). The yoga inspired warm up exercises and cool down programmes will help you improve your flexibility along the way too.

The nutrition side is ok with some really good veggie-focussed recipes (brilliant to open the eyes to more plant based recipes of a non-veggie like myself) but should be able to adapt more to lifestyle and dietary options such as intermittent fasting, keto etc. Hoping there will be an update to cover that off at some stage soon.

  • Committed? This app is a great partner.

Updated review: I’ve been using Freeletics for eight years. It helped me get started in fitness eight years ago after never working out consistently. Through different seasons of my life, I used other methods to workout, but I can always count on Freeletics if there was no gym. They always improve the platform and I enjoy using it as it continually helps me improve my own fitness. I now use it exclusively to workout.

Old review: Freeletics is a great tool for anyone going towards health. It has helped me a lot in my journey towards health. If you are committed, it’s the best app out there. They do their work with excellence; from the videos to the workouts to always improving, Freeletics is a solid company. One of the coolest things is meeting people who are in it and do Freeletics too! Get this app!

  • Really Good

Love these workouts! Been doing them for 8-9months. I am excited about my coach and the anticipation of new workouts every week tailored to my fitness level. Sometimes they seem a little advanced until I complete them and realize how fit I am becoming. The more advanced movements are the goal. I am so excited for the day I can master "muscle ups and handstand pushups." Its all possible through doing these workouts and getting the endurance and strength necessary. The six pack thing is great to for those genetically predisposed for that. But I like how they make me feel most of all amd try not to get caught up in the vanity part. The app does seem to always be getting better and improving its already great product which is awesome. If I could make one suggestion it would be to link the running and strength App with the social network that is built into the body weight app. Thats all.

  • Great app and always improving

I started on my Freeletics journey 6 years back when I had my 3rd child. Now my 4th is already 4 yo and I can’t part away from this app! It is part of my morning routine 5 days a week. I’ve seen Freeletics improving throughout the years making it an achievable workout app for the mass. Trust me, reps were very very difficult when I first started~nearly impossible. But through time they made it more manageable. Thanks Freeletics team!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5 hearts for this app!
