Only one flaw, but it's major
I adore this app and it's completely turned around my chronic severe insomnia. However, there NEEDS to be a way to track nights when the insomniac literally doesn't sleep at all. The setting now are throwing off the sleep efficiency score and time asleep tracking. This seems like something the developers should be able to easily build in.

Functionality
The program that I downloaded is stuck on the date it was downloaded. I can’t edit the date or times. This template is not editable at my end to allow entering accurate sleeping habits.
Very impressed
I searched for a CBT app for insomnia after being encouraged to do so by my sleep therapist. I had insomnia for 9 years, with sleep apnea and problems falling asleep & staying asleep.
This app has changed my life. Prior to using this app, I was having on average 18 insomnia episodes a month. This is down to 5-7 per month in April to June and it's still improving every day.

Export data to health app not working
This app was recommended to me by my doctor and I’ve found it’s taught me a lot about good sleep practices. I’ve noticed a change in my sleep patterns too. The only recurring issue that needs to be fixed is the export to Apple Health button always causes the app to crash and never exports the data.

The app is helping me sleep longer and I hope things will continue to improve. Really appreciate that it is free.
Great Tool for Accurately Tracking Sleep
I love this app! Great for accurately recording # hrs sleep for doctor's records and mine. The reason for 4 instead of 5, it gets a glitch once in a while and won't allow me to record certain dates. I think in the 2 yrs i've been using this this has happened 3x. The sleep recommendation is really off. I use it more just to graph my sleep patterns for my records and those of my health professionals.

Pocket guide for your sleep issues
I was introduced to this app many years ago by a sleep therapist and have been using it for the progressive muscle relaxation. Recently I started having sleep issues again and turned to it for the sleep diary (while reading Hello Sleep book) and it’s been wonderful! So easy to use. And my sleep is getting better already. It’s probably more helpful if you already have some knowledge of insomnia, like you’ve been though a CBT-i or are aware of the concept. Anyway love this app and really appreciate all the tools it provides.

Still not there yet
This app *looks* user friendly and aesthetically pleasing, but it’s really clunky and still very basic. I appreciate the effort to get more of these tools out for people who need them. But the things I found that I liked were either removed, or it took way too long to find them again. It’s not easy to navigate at all, and you’ll find yourself in loops of trying to get back to the 1 or 2 things you might find useful or unique. Again, thanks for the effort - I was getting stressed just trying to get back to the tools I liked. Maybe they were removed? So it’s making me feel crazy too! Eh, not good I guess.
