Trendy, stylish, there is so many outfits, things I would have never thought existed. My mother and I absolutely love shopping with the free people app. My mother gets so many wonderful compliments with the different outfits she wears it’s amazing. I too have received many compliments as well. While attending a zoo event during the month of October I had on my pair of We the Free Moxie Pull On Barrel Jeans and a gal stopped me and said “I love your pants, where did you get the”. When I replied Free People she knew right away that they were definitely from free people. I have never had a bad incident, poor customer service, or no return follow up on an inquiry. I spend quite a bit of time perusing the Free People app. I was so delighted this evening when I saw the We The Free Graphic Camden Pullover Goat Combo finally stocked more. My mom was lucky to get one before they all sold out. So everyday I would log on and see if it was re-stocked and tonight it was. Thank you Free People, another successful online shopping experience.

Inconvenient app changes

It used to show the currency conversion but now it doesn’t, and stays as USD.

You have turned into rat race website regarding those stupid e cards They are impossible to use . Who wants to waste half an hour trying to use an e-card it's ridiculous. I've also quit ordering from you because I did not receive proper card amount for one of my returns then I spent 30 minutes two different times with an agent, trying to resolve the issue, previously it was one of the best retail websites available . No, so many pictures are so confusing. It's impossible to see what the garment or shoes look like . it is imperative when showing shoes/ boots and all clothes to show a direct, straight on ,back view! straight on front and back. Also, you never get sizes on models that is very helpful. We all know the models are tiny and tall can get a good idea of correct sizing for how you want a garment to fit if you see it on one of them and know what size they wore. I hope this isn't wasted I bothered to write it

FP steals money

I ordered a dress - they did not have it in stock and said they would refund and never returned my money. I’ve tried to address this since June and it is now October. Avoid FP at all cost.

I buy nothing but…

I love Free People everything. Though a few of the dresses needed to be repaired after first use. I think it was because of the weight, I didn’t mind. This clothing gets me compliments all the time. I highly recommend.
Update; I have been buying Free People pants and jeans for close to 25 years. However now the bottoms have been reduced to a petite size in the inseam. This is a great disappointment because It was the one place where I could find bottoms that were long enough for my 34” inseam. Unless they are baggy and low waisted I can’t wear them. In the size chart it gives the option to pick long but it’s never available. I change my 5 star rating to a 3.5. Please address this for a rating worthy of everything else you sell.

Boho Vibes

FP is one of my favorite brands (quality clothes and speedy free shipping). I stalk their app for sales, because I can’t justify spending so much on basic items, although I’ve been known to splurge for their leather jackets! Their clothes are unique and stylish for my relaxed carefree lifestyle. I love the elevated basic staples (bras, camis, t’s, biker shorts, sweats, jeans) from Free People compared to other stores and brands—and they’re not made in China, which is a huge plus for me. I also love the quality of their crocheted and lace pieces (cute patterns, good stretch, not itchy, and durable). Their cotton fabrics are soft and very comfortable, and their jeans are amazing! They also carry styles from artists in the good ole USA! Thanks FP!!!!

Please bring back Free shipping! The exchange rate is killin me.

Shopping in US wasn’t what it was like in the past. So sick of the overwhelming difference in charges that reflect on my account after ordering due to paying with a third party service like a credit card or Paypal. They will always charge extra as a service. Tip: If you want the exact charge on the app charged to you, shop in USD on a Wise card. A Wise card is only $10 and reloadable direct from your bank account. (Not affiliated, just used Wise for 5 years now)
I always loved shopping at FP, especially back when free shipping applied to Australia. With DHL, it was at times faster than parcel post. Please bring back FREE SHIPPING FP!

Where’s my refund

I wear free people from head to toe and have for years. I have never left a bad review. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on your clothing . Recently I’ve returned several items that didn’t fit . They were all returned with tags attached and in the bags I received them in . Along with a note with each order number and my personal information. Some of the items I’ve sent in have not been refunded for at least a month if not longer. This is unacceptable for a company like free People. I will not spend another dime with you until I’m refunded every cent you owe me . This really makes me sad angry and so frustrated. How can you do this to the people that make your company??? Maby the problem is with your employees that are receiving our returns. Go to EBay there’s thousands of your products being sold new with tags . I truly hope someone at corporate reads this review and checks into this huge problem. I’m not the only one that is having this problem. Read your reviews!!! Once again I love your clothing .its all I wear !!

platform is accessible but customer care on the app is lacking. They seem to have automated responses to bad reviews that don’t even address the issues being spoken about in the review. There have been quality issues with their overall products so they are getting lots of returns and have been sending the wrong sizes, packaging the wrong sizes in the wrong labels, not properly accepting returns/replacements, and if you write a review about a bad product thinking you may change it after you receive the replacement item you are unable to edit your review meaning you cannot change or add content. They also limit their reviews to a certain character limit which is honestly crazy for a clothing product line which relies on review submissions to help get products sold to insure trust of quality, they make it increasingly hard to properly review products as they know their quality is so poor and lacking they fear public retribution for how quality may quickly deteriorate
