Very Unprofessional
Don’t ever buy your tickets with onetravel. I bought my tickets in 2020 and due to COVID-19 they didn’t refund my money. In 2021 i bought two more tickets in USA and due to a bad weather in Denver , they didn’t refund and they didn’t even inform me about the cancellation. What an unprofessional business. Never ever in my life by tickets with you guys. You are the worst company i ever work with. Very unprofessional, if i could get a -1 minus stars i would give it to you.

Wonderful
Great app I’ve been using it for years
Tricky charges, not cheap at all
I purchase Air Canada’s flight from OneTravel and the fare even expensive than Air Canada’s official website. I pay for seat selection but it tells me the seat is not assigned on the next day. I cancel my booking in 10 minutes and it charges me a $50 cancellation fee without any notification. It seems to charge and tricks you all the time and, very unhappy experience would not use it anymore.

Covid refund
I booked this before Covid spread as bad as it is and they won’t refund or allow for a future flight. I’ll not use this again.
Not good
Booked a flight was told had 24 hrs before flight that I can cancel with a refund , then a week before my flight found out the trip was not gonna work and wouldn’t you know when it came time for the cancellation and the refund , I was not able to do so or get my refund , just spent my money on an empty seat for nothing , seriously do not get this app they will scam as much money outta you as they can get there greedy little fingers on

Barely one star
Booked but the site changed my airport called right away was told there would not be a charge to correct had to fight hours on phone to get a billing and I was charged the change fee. Now have to wait for some supervisor to call flight time changed 2 weeks after booking not the time I would have booked hours to get answered from people who drop the call and you can barely hear or understand. Run. I really mean it run away from this site go to the airline directly. This one is terrible!!! Run!

Worest company and customer service ever
Tried for a month to solve my unconfirmed booking because the onetravel agents needs alot of training. Disgusting that’s how I would describe my experience with onetravel. Never again.
Bad customer service
This is the worst booking site. They didn’t even ask for passage information nor did they ask to confirm the information. When I called the number they had down to call for help changing name on flight the person said I can’t change any information because it was a super saver ticket. Why would that even matter. Don’t deal with OneTravel they scam you.
