I was unaware that they were going to have to verify my flight by calling my bank before I got my tickets and the guy hung up in the middle of the call and I am unable to get ahold of anyone and I am sitting at the airport with no tickets

This platform is a scam,
First scenario, I booked a ticket last January 26 I did put all my details correctly, HOW WOULD I NOT KNOW MY NAME??
And when they gave me an E-ticket, my second name became my last so my option is to call them to change my name on the ticket. GUESS WHAT? they charged me 38$ USD.
Second Scenario, COVID 19. I requested a refund which requires you to cancel your booking, THE CANCELATION charges you $35 USD. Refund wasn't approved because of they were saying something about "Airline policy" from refund it went to future credit, TO USE THIS FUTURE credit you need to book with them again FOR ANOTHER 38$ USD charge.
YES People a total of 111$ USD. Lesson learned DO NOT BOOK with this third parties, GO directly to THE AIRLINE WEBSITE.
This company will give you so much hassle and charge you every-time. Another thing is they're with CHEAPOAIR, which is a same scam third party.

Cannot talk to anyone
I booked a reservation through what I thought was the airline. It was travelone. Now because of the corona virus, it is necessary to not make the trip. No phones are answered. No help.

Can’t get rid of the app
Must say the two flights i booked went fine but the dang app will NOT go away! Every time I open yahoo the app comes up . I have deleted several times it but that doesn’t work. How the heck do i get it to GO AWAY!!?
Not the best
Not happy about excessive booking charge not laid out before booking. Booking a car via the app had me holding to confirm for over 20 mins and drained my phone battery.
