However it was my sons birthday 3 days ago. Due to unwittingly sending the birthday link instead of the gift link. My brother paid money to take the children shopping. No money has shown up on my sons account so had to ring to find out why, We are told the money will be given to my son in a years time. ( on his next birthday) I had to request this to be transferred immediately as it was not intended to be sent for the next birthday in a years time. 24 hrs later still waiting for it to show.
I suppose for a saving scheme putting a few pounds away weekly/monthly for your child could suit some people, So your child gets a nice surprise.
It’s a shame This is not abundantly clear when using the app.
All in all. We have had this account for a couple of years now and it’s worked really well for us until this hiccup.

Love it! Very valuable to my family.
The customer service is excellent - my son’s card was stolen and the thief spent money on it within minutes. I called the customer services team and they very kindly arranged a refund and the card was replaced quickly.
The only thing I would ask for in an update is the ability for siblings to be able to transfer each other money from their accounts. It is possible for a parent to transfer to a child and vice versa, but sometimes the children want to give each other money (when one bribes the other to do their chores haha!). Brilliant app and well worth the subscription fee.

Hello wanted suggest adding a daily chore for instance my son walks the dog daily instead of adding new task have it in lost and check it off . Currently you only can have one off or weekly .
Now the good stuff omg this is amazing I wish I had this as a kid my kid is calculating and learning the value when he wants to buy something he sees what that does to his balance. Sometimes he'll go for it other times , he passes .amazing!!! He's 9. I can assure you at 9 I would have been like I want it I don't care. Thank you for this!!! Also he does his chores. He does them no drama. I can't tell you how amazing it is!!!
