Can’t type in full password into password entry field.
Horrendous App Messy & Non-Functional
There’s probably a very good reason why I have to use a PC to manage my account and that’s because the app is totally useless.
First issue is that trying to enter a debit card number in the boxes is not very fluent, meaning you have to enter numbers and then click on the next box to enter the next sequence and so forth which on a mobile keyboard is totally time consuming. It will not let you enter the number in one long sequence. A totally stupid idea because you have to keep switching the keyboard from characters to numbers when clicking in each box.
The second issue is that trying to pay a bill using a debit card keeps returning internal server errors once you’ve authorised the payment from your debit card and returning to the MBNA app so it’s a total failure and you have to start again. So this app has no functionality basically for paying bills.

Wow! What a disaster. You simply can’t find any worst app/service than this.
Unable to use special characters in password
Disappointed at the lack of functional ability this app provides. My password has multiple special characters and I’m unable to enter those characters on the app. The characters allowed on the website, which is absurd. I called customer service and the only suggestion was to change my password w/o using the special characters. Truly laughable.

Like other reviewers said, I cant even login on the app. So useless. Smh it should specify on the title of the app its from the UK. I didnt even realize this till I saw another review.
Like everyone else… trouble signing on/registering
I tried to register on the browser on my iPhone (it didn’t like postal codes).
I tried the MBNA App and it just wouldn’t let me register at all. It didn’t like my card number (re-entered it 5 times).
So I went to my laptop to register and after so many password rejections (OSX chooses the password for me), I had to manually enter a long password. I got a page that said MBNA is not available, please try again later!
I’m trying to set up electronic statements (because I hate snail mail). I’m having such trouble registering.
This is an Amazon MC MBNA card… I only got it to get the $50 gift certificate. I don’t intend to use this card once I pay the first statement.
Judging how badly MBNA manages its systems, if I were TD Bank I’d get my money back in the purchase of MBNA! Either that or TD should fire the bone heads at MBNA Canada and replace them with TD employees that know how to do their jobs!
