Fix payment tech! Pathetic!!!
Month after month of app crashing when you try and pay!!!!!
Leaving aside the web of layers you need to go through to find information when it used to be freely visible, what is the point of an app that crashes when you try and make a payment? It has no ability to take payment via the app, it leaves the app to go onto the web to take payment and either crashes at the point of redirection or crashes at the point of return - leaving you unclear whether hundreds of pounds of been taken or not. It fails to show your pending payment, simply saying it can’t show pending info right now. I used to be able to pay successfully until recent updates. Fix this - it’s pathetic I’m having to log onto desktop site every time I want to pay. What’s the point of an app????

Please fix the Bug!!
Great App.
However, there’s a bug when trying to pay your credit card bill. To pay you select Pay from the bottom menu, then select either from a bank account or debit card, to the Credit Card account (I select from Debit Card), you then enter the amount and select continue, then continue again, which usually redirects (asking you if you want to “leave” the App) to a webpage where you pay your credit card bill. Unfortunately, tapping continue doesn’t always initiate the redirect; it either does nothing at all or if you continually press continue several times it can work or sometimes you have to restart the App, again several times, for it to work. Please fix.

Unable to login
I can sign to the regular MBNA app just fine, but was told to download this one to manage my credit card offers. This app does not let me log in, even seconds after successfully logging in on the other app and my laptop. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if I was the guy who made this.

App won’t even let you copy and paste a login password from a password manager.
Should have read the reviews first
You can’t log in. Apparently it’s MBNA UK and not Canada or the US. MBNA…get it together.
Won’t recognize postal code
Tried every way I could think to enter my postcode. Will not accept it. Errors out. Then I get a error code. Frustrating! I think I am going back to using my visa. This Mastercard does not have online support.
Disappointed
App just doesn’t work. I was looking forward to registering the card but apparently not.
Nothing happens
The app doesn’t do anything. I’m trying to set up for first time use. I enter my online banking credentials as requested. And then nothing happens. The Continue button does nothing. I’ve tried reinstalling. I wish something at MBNA actually worked but alas is seems the app has the same work effort as the call Center staff.

Couldn’t even login
Web login password and app password rules seems to be different. Come on this is 2023 and you can’t even get basic app working? Not going to spend my further calories on this.
