  • Big brains with plays.

    All of you guys are just wrong, it’s the best thing to have hit this world since scams... couldn’t even connect with the wonderful device... also don’t let the rating fool you, it’s a grate cash grab!

    Swannlink is at the edge of the table at the brink of falling into the garbage can. You’ve chosen to leave your iOS customers behind and out of the update loop. Your customer service has been at the same level of your updates ! Which are zero ! What happened to you ? Redeem yourselves and give your iOS customers an update that will restore our loyalty in you ! Can you read between the lines ? Make it happen !

  • Poor Quality App

    This app could be so much better if the developer kept up with updating it & fixing bugs & crashes. Considering Swann Security are supposed to be one of the top market companies for home security. You would think they could pay their app developers good money to keep on top of issues that their customers are having with their products..

  • Lame on the iPad, updated for even lamer support

    Only for phones.

    I had 2 profiles, one worked and one didn’t. Removed the one that didn’t and it broke the one that worked.

    Now I am remote and apparently I need to do a local password reset.

    I just received a reply saying they looked up my support case, etc., apologies.
    But I never called them, I figured out the password reset was local on my own.

    Since then, though, it stopped working on the phone even though my laptop works. “Open failed” is the message I get whenever I try to use it on my phone, and before you blame my network let me say the laptop still works on the same WiFi that the phone does not.

  • Poor performance

    App does not always show all the camera feed. You have to hit play four or five times and maybe see all the cameras on the network. Playback is not working correctly either. I try and look at the playback in the app and I get not file error.
  • Terrible

    Bought the 6 pack wired system 3 years ago and have disliked it ever since. I’m glad they finally went out so I can buy some new ones (different brand). The signal always crashed, loading took forever, motion detection was terrible. I can go on and on. This app also was just terrible! The timing was way off. It ALWAYS crashed. I would NOT recommend these cameras to anyone!

  • No fast forward or rewind buttons!

    I am very disappointed with this app I’m trying to playback some recordings and it’s very very slow and keeps stopping and starting again also there is no fast forward buttons and rewind so I have to sit for two whole hours if I want to check something this is not right there should be fast forward and rewind buttons with any camera cctv app this is a joke not happy at all what a waste of time and money what’s the point if you can’t even go back and view something!

  • Needs to be updated

    This app can be very frustrating, wish they would make it more user friendly and add a fast forward feature so you can fast forward to check when something happened.
    Notifications needs to be easier to set up. We still can’t work out how to get alerts when cameras are triggered.

  • Such Potential - Wasted

    Incorporating the price of the cameras I had high hopes for this app being a premium product. How wrong was I.

    The user interface is poor, the connection intermittent, with no explanation for failing to connect (even though I’m connected over the same home WiFi/Ethernet system). The controls are lacking functionality and the general user experience is one of frustration and disappointment.

    Can you please stick to one standard app Swann and make it the app that it should be, rather than making multiple poor apps.
