  • Bad software migrating away

    This program takes over everything. It is not very customizable to work with things like Google for reviews visa MasterCard payments. It wants to take over everything not a good suggestion.
  • Expensive

    3k yr Canadian plus credit card commission to email invoices that you make. But it can schedule employees!! What kind of 4 person company needs help with scheduling?
  • Horrible costomer service

    I spent so much time with customer service trying to resolve a issue. I had asked to be called to talk it through and was told yes they would call me with in the hour. They did not call I need to continue to prod them to have any kind of communication. This all started on Friday before noon, and had to reinitiate the conversation on Monday the following week. The issue I had a large invoice sent out I turned the credit card payment off because I did not have this large fee added to there quote I sent to invoice expecting a check to be mailed out, because I had turned off the credit card payment option off. I then get a email saying the invoice has been paid online with a credit card. I tried several test invoices turning off the credit card payment option with no success. After much prodding from me they told me the the app I was using was not updated to try updating it. So I did and it did fix the problem. I sent them a message that it did fix the problem but not the gap in the amount of money I lost because of there glitch. Chris the representative didn’t look at my message until I prodded him again on Monday and was told there’s nothing they can do.

  • Money grab bad tactics don't use this app!

    I was using Housecallpro for a month and really don't have use for it so I want to cancel
    They call me offering 1 month free to give it a try it's don't cost you anything after a month someone will call you and if you don't like it we will not charge you

    No one call and I get charged for a free month and the next month

    Now I'm in the process of refunding that money it's taken weeks already and can't get my money back

    Avoid this app and money grab tactics what they using on customers !

  • The Best if you’re running a business

    No other software is better for running your business with. Especially if your business is a service provider type business you need to have a good app/software for everything you do. Scheduling your customers, providing extensive invoices with pictures and easy to choose pricebook sections for what you provide. Keeping track of payment,payroll and expenses plus job cost are all included in just the basic package. Depending on how big your business is you may need the other larger packages housecall pro provides to keep everything organized and running smoothly, all together in one place. Housecall pro is like a 1 stop shop to streamline your business and make your money. Other services like this are just to expensive for small startups and new businesses. I choose house call pro for keeping Ben’s AC LLC running perfectly and love the affordable options. I’m going to stay with housecall pro way into the future.

  • Really good program

    Good program easy and it solved a lot of my problems
  • Used to be better

    Been using this for years, and have finally grown tired of the lack of forethought. Horrible app, crashes constantly, its been two months that we havent has a week without crashes on the field. Over all the app is good if you're a small business with small team and dont book jobs for months ahead, but since theres barely any customization and theirs app is constantly having issues id suggested starting with another app. Whats more its expensive, and they overcharge you regularly, if you need to get extra user you need to pay which is ok but once you remove them they dont adjust you bill, they just keep billing you the extra and dont refund the difference, super unethical imo

  • Long time subscriber

    Our HVAC company in OC, CA has used Housecall Pro since nearly their inception. Very happy with its performance and ease of use. Took awhile to implement, and wish they had a hardcopy training manual to go with their program. Over the years there have been several things that I’ve asked for and, believe it or not, many got implemented. One of them was being able to be working on the weekly schedule on my phone and click “today” and it would go directly to the current day. This was important to me because I would be working on the schedule and then would have to get back and going my day. This is just an example of how it’s improved over the years. We love how it syncs up to Quickbooks Online. We also operate with Mac computers and software and it works well. Just make sure you use chrome on your browser when using it for best Performance. They have honored our agreement on keeping the original price and that it would not change over the years. It’s better than a lifetime gym membership because we actually use it every day of the week. It’s affordable when compared to the other high priced software programs that primarily cater to large companies. House Call Pro has found their niche in smaller family run business businesses. We highly recommend!

  • Honest Review

    They do have chat services. But your not put in contact with reps that have any power to make the serious changes on your account when needed.

    1. Like if you use the client messaging feature for your business and you want to block a client / quote inquiry that is becoming agressive / rude.
    You have no power to do that.

    2. When you sign up for this service you have to input all your client contacts manually from your phone ( if your clients were not kept on quickbooks for example)

    3. The free gas card offer they tell you about for doing your first sales /sign up call does not work.
    The 3rd party website that use to give out these gas cards says error when you try to use them.
    I been trying to get my gas card since Sept 1,2023

  • Don’t even try it

    I did a demo with this app 7 years ago and now they call me 6 times a year trying to harass me into signing up, I have asked 20 times now to be removed from their call list and they just continue to spam me. Don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t care about harassing potential customers.
