Wrong info

I am retired and the info listed is incorrect. I gave the administrator my correct contact info and still have my former work email and phone number are listed as my contact info. I no longer have access to my former work email and requested to have my email updated and the info has not been updated.

Intuitive and simple design

All the information you need with an easy-to-navigate interface.

Used to be passable

Another middleman who takes value, rather than adding it. It used to at least display correct info. The most recent “debugging” update made single-source login no longer work. But you cannot locate existing records either to update the login — without existing login info. I thought Catch 22 was supposed to be fiction. …

Be very careful

The plan says it is x amount 18 times a year, or x amount per pay period. It costs more for the benefits then it says which is return is more then just paying for the services. … be very careful and pay attention to what you pay verse what it says you’ll pay … 1+1 is not 3

Both app and website are down

Been trying to log into both the app and website for the last few days,the app wont accept any login and when I try to reset it the website is either down or is flagged as “unsure” and you can’t get in contact with anyone!

Date of birth problem

The date of birth is asking for MM/DD/YYYY however, when I click on that space, all that I’m offered is a calendar where I have to pick the date of birth. And then the credentials won’t go through because the only option I have is a calendar date, but not the date in the format that the app is asking for. so I’m not able to use it

Problems

When the site works, it works. However I often get an “Oops, there is a problem with this site” message. Then I have to delete the app then reload it.

Needs a lot of work

There is no option to contact anybody for help. You can’t contact an agent for help, no kind of numbers to call or anything. The reason I needed to ask for help was because the app also fails to show my policy number. I honestly wish I had never used this app because now my benefits are in question and hopefully I can get into contact with my HR department for help in time. Please fix your app because people health and well being is in the line and this is honestly appalling.

Hopeless

Appears to only work for current emplyees, not retirees.
Trying to create an account, iso g my mobile phone, it asks for my last name and birthdate. It won’t allow me to type in my birth date, so I have to scroll back 71 years, a month at a time, which takes approximately 850 clicks. Once there, it tells me that I can’t create an account.

App needs work

Entering the DOB was awkward, until I discovered you have to select Reset to get the ability to scroll to the year needed. The screen would not rotate for me even though I do not have this function locked on my phone, so reading the info was not as easy as it could have been. After making all selections I was not able to print the summary pages from my phone, even though there is a print option (again, I don’t believe this is specific to my phone settings as I tried to resolve this to no avail). Lastly, I tried to complete the survey at the end to give this feedback (which they allow only 250 characters for!) and had the same experience that another reviewer expressed that it would not save. I expected better.
