Screen froze after selecting to go to next page of pet insurance. Seems I recall the exact same thing happening last year and I sent this same message? Does not figure?

It’s a start but…
Needs Touch ID/Face ID support. For some reason I cannot add emergency contacts via the app, is it read only?

Not user friendly
After almost an hour on the phone with a representative updating my choices for the upcoming insurance year, she was not able to print out my benefits and send them to me, or email them to me. I tried printing them from the app, and all that happened was I was continuously redirected back to "choosing" my benefits for the upcoming year. All I want to do is print out my changes so I have a document that can prove the changes I've made, but so far I am unable to do that.
