Failures at every turn
Nothing is fully functional; errors on my account kept me from completing my enrollment in the time allowed. Resolution is never certain. I was told to update my elections with a day remaining to provide documentation, which didn’t work from the browser, so it required I load the app on my iPhone, where the framing made it impossible to read instructions. I then was asked to complete a survey, which I did. But it wouldn’t save. GRRRRRR

Too touchy
After reviewing my account I seen that both my dependence where taken off. I was shocked so dug a little further and not one time was I notified about changes via anything! Just by chance I found myself so now idk what’s going to happen with my family’s coverage
Mostly fine
Mostly fine but stupid errors like “comment contains invalid characters”.
Some bugs
This app wouldn’t allow me to re-enroll my dental and vision insurance. I had to call the Benefits hotline to do so. It also wouldn’t let me enter my survey and feedback.
