No printing
Easy to follow & understand. 1 problem - when I went to print the final document after making my elections on my IPhone, Benefitfocus not only doesn’t allow it to be printed but I couldn’t copy it either. I ended up taking a screen snap shot & printing it that way.
Very buggy app
Every time I click to view plan description when enrolling, I then have to exit the whole process and start over again as there is no option to close the description.
Lag
It lagged out every time when I tried to pick or check one of the boxes choice. Takes forever to complete.
Open enrollment frustrations
When opening a different page other than the one I was on, without fail I was never provided the option to go back to the previous page I’d just left. It was either stay on that page or close out my open enrollment leaving me no option but to start over countless times. Not to mention no option to print anything. Very antiquated!

Really happy with this app! I was able to renew my insurance so easily!! Thank you for coming out with something so helpful!! Makes doing this stuff more tolerable!!
No Support
There is no support or person to contact when you need assistance. Also, won’t let me change my plan during this open enrollment plan. It keeps saying there is an error. 🤔

What!?!
You denied my Medicare and supplemental card, seriously?!? That should be all the proof I need that I have new coverage. Everything is CLEARLY stated on the card.

Use the right instructions
Instructions flawed. Use informational download pointed to as. “Check out complete instructions on uploading and using the new mobile app” on the introductory email.
