  • App doesn’t show trip info immediately

    Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived.

    Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…

  • Blank white screen

    I downloaded the app, signed up, received the verification email and replied… set up my password… and then nothing. I log in and get a blank white screen with the word Cancel in the top left corner. I have emails welcoming me to trip source also.
    Restarted the phone… same result.
    Deleted the app and uploaded a fresh version… same result.

    At the moment this app is useless… was hoping for better.

  • Can’t login. No help

    I’ve tried to login for the last couple of hours with no luck. I’ve reset my password numerous times. I filled out the help form for some assistance but that was a couple of hours ago and I need to book a flight for work quickly. I need to speak to someone.

    A registration/forgot password loop failure should not happen in a business level travel app. And the company should have a way to contact help in real-time if it does.

  • Frustrating app

    Don’t use this app unless you have to. Tried to register my email with them but all the verification emails had faulty links.

  • So bad

    Unfortunately my company partners with BCD for travel arrangements. The app is just laughably bad and has been that way for YEARS. It resets the search whenever you cycle between apps, so you’d better have all your details straight before you try to book a trip. It requires you to select a time of day for your flight, but no matter what you select it shows every single option anyway. There are many other examples. Who at BCD uses this app and thinks it’s a good experience? Incredibly frustrating.

  • Doesn’t work at all

    Registered the app and validated that credentials work with website, but app won’t get past the login screen on both my iPad and iPhone. Contacted support, who noted my website login and ignored that the ticket clearly stated that the app didn’t work. Buggy app and poor support. Website looked useful, however.

  • Not at all good

    Probably one of the worst apps on my phone.
    Taking photos of receipts to catalogue on a trip does not work. Next time going into app previous receipts are gone although they have been “saved”. Have to start all over again but don’t bother because they will be wiped every time.
    Logging in although fingerprint access is activated the app decides when it will let you do this, so keep password handy.
    Very frustrating app that doesn’t do what it says it does.

  • Totally crap workflow if you can’t connect

    Issue with network, just kept locking me out and sending hundreds of emails- complete rubbish

  • Worst app ever to book air travel on

    My company (Network Television) started using this app for us to book our air travel. It is so frustrating to use. You would think it was designed by someone who builds government apps. I had to use a stylus, a lot of the buttons (time of departure) etc don’t work and since u have to constantly zoom in to input data it’s always asking if you want to leave the app. None of my co workers like it either.
    The real problem with it is they ported a website to an IOS app. It would be fine if you could use it on a laptop (which we can’t) but doing it on a phone is brutal. If the developer would ever use it to book a flight on their phone they would rebuild it immediately

  • Absolute garbage

    It’s been many months now since my job switched to this app. Since then it’s worked exactly 1 time for me. If I’m able to even browse hotels and get as far as picking one, whenever I try to book I get a “it’s not you it’s us” message and to try again. I’ve rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared app data and everything else I could think of. I’ve even changed phones but it still acts the same. Garbage.
