Couldn't complete registration as I never received confirmation email even after several attempts. Admin support were unable to resolve this. Other apps are available so I will use something else.gra500

Good start and will get better
Mid Sept 2017: Great quick response from the developers. You can edit names using the share icon. And my search for non London hotels must have been a blip as it found hotels abroad no problem. Liking it!
Early Sept 2017: I've been using Tripcase and was happy to see BCD produce this. Couple of early things to improve. Hotel searching - I wanted my Madrid hotel but it would only provide London results. Would also be good to merge trips and have opportunity to rename - I booked my return flight separately but cannot combine with outward flight.Show lessjmr107

Pretty good
I like the wallets with to hold the different part of your trip in but it would be nice to be able to merge them when a trip is split over multiple wallets.
The updates on flights and gates are quite handy but only seem to work with certain airlines.3westfield

Epic fail from the start
Won't let me login (button disabled) despite having a valid account and keeps popping up messages asking me to register.pbruffy
Linking issues
App was good in the beginning but then flights started to drop from the app. It would either show my flight going to my destination or my return flight but not both. Emailed customer service for help but got no response.Julian DeMontis

I use the app for business and it's great. Keeps all your trips in one folder. Also informs you if your flight time changes etc.Coullio1971
