Doesn’t work anymore
Used to be good, now doesn’ t synchronize anymore. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still shows wrong hotel booking and no flightsLara2121212121
Can’t put negative stars
Loaded the app as my company suggested for bcd travel. Can’t book or search hotels flights nothing just a nice little icon on my phone. I’m in Russia Called into bcd travel and was on hold for over 2 hours telling me my call will be answered in the order it was received. Finally hung up and went through Expedia. Not impressed 0 stars had to put 1 star just to get thus review to send.Show lessSwampy Bogbeard

Worked well before.. but now has issues
This app’s previous version worked great but this new version has issues updating information during a trip. It doesn’t terminal, gate and baggage claim information correctly like it used to before in previous version. Importing externally booked trip details has now become cumbersome. It adds imported trips into existing or previous trips book through BCD travel. It does not recognize logical dates of booking when year details in booking is not provided. For example, when trip commences in Dec 2019 and ends in Jan 2020 and the year details are not given booking, it would show the booking as starting on Jan 2019 and ending in Dec 2019. I don’t think I can use this apps anymore. I wish you could go back to the previous version that worked correctly.Show lessSamuel27
App was fine but now worthless after recent update
I never get worked up enough to write a review, but the latest update has ruined this app. It is buggy and unusable to the point that I stopped and booked a hotel room through my company travel website instead for the first time ever since getting this app.

Version 4.0 has lost most of the Apps functionality
I have been a big fan of the Trip Source App but the latest iteration, Version 4.0, was clearly released before it was ready. Much of the Apps functionality and utility has been lost. I hope the team can fix this soon.
Customised trip names have been lost. No trips can be edited for content. No custom trip names can be provided. You cannot add trip items to existing trips, unless it is a hotel and there is no option to view App settings, adjust your profile, share your trip, or change your preferences.
All you can do is view trips already loaded on the system.
A huge disappointment and I am sure the team is not prepared for this to last long. Fingers crossed the new version is remedied soonShow lessCarl13579

Locked out when it counts
Everything was fine until the day of my trip when the app said there’s an update and blocked opening the app, would only send me to update the app. Where there was no update and so the endless loop continued. Always PRINT a copy of your itinerary!!!!Bloomers101
Needs a lot of work
It is so frustrating that a business app doesn’t have a saved login - or if it does, isn’t working correctly. Viewing trips should be quick and seamless.
There’s a lot to be desired of this app. It doesn’t handle multiple legs of trips very well. If part of a journey is complete but not another portion, it shows the trip as in the past.
For one of my hotels, the pin on the map was wrong and showed it in a city an hour away from where I booked it, nearly causing a panic. The address booked was correct though.
When it comes time to check into a flight, or at any point you want to review/edit a flight, there’s no way to click through from an itinerary to an airline site which is quite frustrating.Show lessHybrid917
Solid travel app.
Clean interface, integrated hotel booking...which is incredibly convenient. I receive messages from TripSource before I get them from the carriers.
