  • Good product, App needs work

    Good product, but the app keeps crashing which means that I can’t use the app to view my wee girl. Super frustrating!!
  • Could be better - not ideal for multiple cameras

    Got my first iBabyCare camera (M6) in 2017, had a couple issues with the app closing or the sound stop working through the night. Luckily I’m not a sound sleeper and heard baby crying. I was also not ever able to add music like it said, But after several updates the app seemed to have gotten better. Once i saw they made the app compatible for multiple cameras i went ahead and purchased a second one for baby #2, split screen feature is horrible! I’ve never picked up the sound of my baby crying when split screen is on and it’s switching between sounds on cameras. You should be able to listen to both cameras at the same time without having the app switch between cameras. Not liking the multiple camera feature at all.

  • Disappointing

    When it works this app is great and the monitor is great! But it is real unreliable. We are due to have another baby and considered buying another one of these... Until just now as neither my phone nor my husband’s phone will load the monitor while my daughter naps.. for the 5th time this week! I’ve had it with this monitor and app. Thankful my daughter is about old enough we won’t need a monitor for her soon. Also tried getting in touch with customer service and no one answered my call, was on hold for 40 minutes (and yes it was during business hours).
    Fix your app and maybe this monitor will be worthy of the 5 stars it is definitely capable of.

  • Dont buy it.

    I wish i could give minus 5 stars , that bad the Product is , do not waste your monney , it cost a lot and is not good at all , it is full of problems and glitches , it took me few hours to mannage and make the monitor work , it was ok for few days and after that when i tryed to connect to it it was showing me black screen instead of the video amd a spinning wheel , internet was and is ok wi fi is ok all the settings are ok but the app sayes im not connected to the internet . I deleted the app and now for the past 5 hours i keep trying to reinstall and make it work and no succes .
    If you read this review please spend your monney on an other product , this looks nice and apealing and lots of things like temperature and air monitor but you wil regret buying it , it is such a bad product, i wish i could have bought a cheap chinese monitor instead of this one .

  • App is hard to use

    I like the actual camera however the app is not intuitive at all. Very hard to use!! Obviously, all I want is to see my baby and scan the crib a very short span, but the controls on the app make it super difficult!! clicks and double clicks on one single button to move the camera- and it doesn’t make it easy- especially in the middle of the night! I don’t need all those lights just to scan the crib a short distance but end up turning on the lights in attempt to scan just a small area. It’s like I need a guide every time I use it. I really hope there is an update to make it more simple. New parents who are sleep deprived hate fumbling with a confusing app.

  • Great camera and app just please fix the timeout when using dual view

    Been wanting the split screen for years. I had the originals and now we have three of the newer models and finally this year they introduced split screen and you can even hear the audio from both at the same time. They recently made it better where the split screen images are much bigger where they were tiny. One small annoyance is that when using the split screen for some reason the app times out. We want to keep it on split screen with audio on all night. We have three separate cameras currently. Once this change it made this will be 5 stars.

  • Perfect monitor for us!

    We absolutely love our baby monitors! We purchased our first in 2017 for our first child. It has always worked perfectly and the app is so convenient! I love that we can check in on our child, no matter where we are. There’s no extra monitor to drag around and it alerts you if there is a sound or motion that you might need to check in on. We purchased another M6S monitor for our second in 2018 and can easily toggle between the two. At night, we put each monitor up on each nightstand and can easily check in. As long as you have a great and speedy WiFi connection, these will be perfect for you!

  • Can’t recommend

    The camera is great while working, but is constantly glitchy. You’ll have the app running in the background, and then when you go to open it again, it freezes and then crashes. Don’t expect to check on your baby quickly, as every time you open the app you’ll have to wait for it to shut down and then restart. We also have occasional issues where the screen just goes black with a spinning wheel, and we have to sneak into our baby’s nursery (while trying not to wake the baby) and reconnect the monitor (just as you did with initial set up).

    Contacting customer service is a complete waste of time. They will just cut and paste a canned response (usually unrelated to your issue), and provide no personal response at all. I wrote to them about the app crashing, and they responded with WiFi tips (our WiFi is very strong and works consistently, and the router is right near the cam, so no issue there at all). I’ve tried calling them as well, and never actually spoken to a person.

    This could be a great cam, but not as it is.

  • Don’t waste your money

    I have had nothing but problems with this monitor. In theory, it would be amazing, but it glitches out on me all the time. It randomly stops working and makes me reconnect my iPhone at least once a week. Baby is currently sleeping and the monitor just randomly quit working. Screen is black and has a spinning wheel. I also have issues with the sound. There isn’t much consistency and the sound bar is obnoxious to adjust on my phone. In order to keep white noise or music playing, I leave the sound off and set alerts. Half the time the alerts don’t work either. We both fully tested the alerts before we went to bed, and then woke up to our baby crying. No alerts came through. Luckily we left our bedroom doors open and could hear. This has happened twice in 4 days now. This product is incredibly inconsistent. I am so disappointed in my purchase and would not buy this product or anything from iBaby again. I am currently looking for a new system. I have been battling with this thing for a year. It’s more important now that we’ve transitioned our son into his own bedroom and out of ours. I ignored the negative reviews when I made the decision to purchase and wish I hadn’t. Excuse me while I go reconnect my phone to this thing again...

  • Want to love this but they seem to work against it

    What good is a baby monitor if the app keeps malfunctioning in the middle of the night? So many times the sound will just shut off and I’m afraid I’ve missed my son waking in the night. This monitor has cool features that not a lot of other monitors have so I really want to like it, but the app malfunctions so much that it doesn’t make up for the features. And some of the songs on the app are not appropriate and the quality is horrible on others. I wish there was an option to delete songs that are included so that they are skipped when playing music to get my son to sleep. Also, you really need a specific set up in your nursery for you to see the entire crib but to get that angle you need an additional wall mount which is not cheap.
