What were you thinking?
You buried the most useful features of the app and are now pushing features no one is asking for. Bill pay used to be one of the four main icons in the bottom navigation. Now it’s buried three layers deep in the UI. What even is card hub? I’ve never needed it. It serves no purpose. If you are going to change core functionality to serve some unknown agenda, at least offer a feature where I can customize the bottom menu! The card hub is front and center, taking the most valuable real estate on the UI and I have never needed it. Never used it. Have no reason to ever tap it. Even when I tapped it to see what it was, it took 30 seconds to load. When I tap “More”, there’s card hub again along with every other bottom navigation option. Why is this duplicated? At least go More > [list of features not on bottom navigation]. Ugh. This app is getting worse. Oh, and stop advertising inside the secure banking app. Screens are small. Real estate needs to be devoted to members. Not pushing products no one cares about. If I need those products, I know how to find them. DFCU is turning into all the things we hate about big banks.

Five Star Banking
Deseret First Credit Union has excellent customer service, fraud protection, decent location availability and an awesome mobile banking app. I would highly recommend DFCU to anyone looking to open an account for their missionary or otherwise. My family chooses DFCU and will enjoy a lifelong relationship.

with employees where integrity is there values, and you as a customer come first. Always a wonderful atmosphere to walk into whether storming outside or really hot outside! There call center is there to assist you ,if you are out of the country and need help . I wouldn’t go any place else.

Fully Functional
I love DFCU and I’m thankful for this app. It is fully functional which I appreciate. I’m able to do everything I want to do.
Since the last big update, it is a little confusing at times with non-standard iOS behaviors. Personally, I preferred the old app more.

Definitely a 1st rate Banking service
The customer support is extremely helpful and friendly in store at 4700 south in Taylorsville. I’ve never had any issues on the banking app, very easy to use and transfer funds. Highly recommend even if you’re not a member of their church witch I am not.
Mobile deposit stopped working
I have had it with trying to get my mobile deposit to work in the last two months. I live in a rural area hours away from the nearest deseret first credit union and mobile deposit is the only option I have to get paid from work because they only do physical checks and for the past two months I have to redownload the app and retry two dozen times before my checks will go through. I’m endorsing all my checks the same way I have been for years so this is a very recent issue I’m coming a cross and it’s incredibly frustrating. At this point I will be changing banks soon because I have to be able to get paid for my work in order to live my life.
