Forced User Feedback
The UX on this app has a lot to be desired. But my greatest gripe of all is that the app overrides global iOS settings on in-app feedback requests (Settings > App Store > In App Ratings & Reviews) and forces a prompt (that has no ability to dismiss). TERRIBLE user experience, degrades my trust as a user and is very damaging to the DFCU brand.
The feedback requests on top of that are too frequent. Iβve complained about this in the in-app feedback each time and the feedback is ignored. DFCU needs to stop and have a serious rethink on collecting user feedback.
This app is intrusive, an invasion of privacy and regularly in violation of Appleβs App Store policies. This app should be flagged/removed immediately until they are compliant.

Very Convenient
I like the convenience the app affords me. I can track my expenses and easily make payments. I can also know my deadlines with ease because of the app.

Always accessible to me, knowing my transactions or any discretions. Also to deposit checks, pay bills and transfer money. What more can you ask. Except I like going into the bank periodically and have face to face contact

The app is misleading
I was wondering why I kept getting NSF fees from transferring . Ion big text at the top is the balance that is NOT the available balance! The available balance is in tiny print under Account Details. DFCU, why not make the Available Balance easy to see in the app for the customers for Saving accounts? Dfcu keeps $50 for savings, not sure why that isnβt deducted from the balance in bug text on the app.

Search tool
If thereβs one thing online banking should provide, is a search tool.
It should not require endless scrolling to find all transactions with Joeβs bakery.
It would also be nice to put all of those receipts into a Joeβs Bakery folder.
Other than that, this app is absolutely perfect.

Easy to use...so easy
This app is incredibly easy to use and very user friendly to do anything and everything with my banking from Deseret first. Highly recommend!great job of keeping it user friendly. Highly recommend it!to see and use my accounts to do what I need to do! Nothing but love!
Itβs okay
The app is okay, and getting better. But I donβt get super excited to use it. My biggest gripes historically have been the slow to update credit card balances, which may be controlled by Visa; and the service going down. Not very often, but irritating on the rare circumstances it has occurred.
