Best sandwiches
We have been going to Schlotzsky’s, we love the sandwiches, pizza and the soup plus the cookies. We live 38 miles West of Odessa and anytime we travel to Odessa we always stop for a sandwich, soup and of course a cookie. We go to Odessa twice a week so one of our meal is stopping at Schlotzsky’s. It would be nice to have one closer so that we could enjoy a meal

Whoever designed this Needs More Training
This app blows. Hardly ever works right. Redeeming a reward usually doesn’t work. I went to try to redeem my Birthday coupon and it said the app wasn’t being allowed location services. I navigate to enable location services and it is not an app listed as needing/requesting location services. I think they use their crappy app as way to get people in the door so it glitches out and they feel obligated to buy something because they are already there and only have 1/2 of lunch break time remaining. Frustrating/Potential
This app is maddening. It is not user friendly. It has the potential to be a good app with lots of optional features. It requires too much guess work. Me and my husband each downloaded the app and it took us at least 15 mins. to place orders after all the mishaps. Please make this very explicit for users. If you put your reward for free chips and free drink under the sandwich tab, there’s a price difference- it’s more expensive- than if you do it separately, but the app doesn’t tell you that. You’re left wondering why your sandwich is so expensive even though you’re getting two items for free. Like I said, it’s a lot of guess work. Worst app I’ve ever used for food ordering
First of all very slow to download. At least 5 minutes with a good connection. Tried website first and completely frustrating. Thought app would be better but exactly the same layout. Not user friendly at all. Try Placing the combo option on the same page with the sandwich instead of it being separate. Tried using it and it kept saying select a drink but the only option was chips. No drink option under combo. Needless to say after 10 minutes I still couldn’t get it working properly so we took our business elsewhere.Show lessSeandiver_1001
Not a Useful App
I love Schlotzsky’s food but this app needs lots of help! I spent an hour trying to place an order for a family meal, that could only be used within the app. If you go to add extras, there’s no way to go back to the previous page where you left off. You have to start over again. After making it through to the end, extra items has been added in. There is no way to edit your order and see what has been added by mistake, in order to delete them. When I tried to hit order (even though the price was wrong), it wouldn’t accept and kept asking for me to specify a time. Each time I put in a later time, error messages said I couldn’t choose that time. Please get the bugs out and I will visit more often!Show lessSaamaah
Everything works on app except rewards
On the home page, my bites no longer show up nor do any of my rewards. The app says “it appears your are offline”. I go into my apps to ensure the Schlotzsky’s app is open & online. Everything else on the app works so I don’t get how it can be “offline”.
I am able to view rewards/bites in account history but store will not let me use them since they do not show up in app to scan.
So far, lost out on BOGO free entree & birthday reward. Not a happy customer.

Can't order, can't earn - no thanks.
I LOVE Schlotzsky's sandwiches. They are one of my favorite "treat yourself" sort of meals, but this app is so terrible, it's really not worth it to me to try and order or earn on it. I tried to order 3 separate days last week, and there was always an error. (That's not including the THREE times I tried on of those days while sitting in the parking lot, because I wanted to make it easier for a contactless pay.) I want this app to work well and I'm hopeful that someday it will, but right now, it stinks and that's a bummer for all Schlotzsky's lovers.Show lessSmundee
Worst experience using the app
1) not accepting the brand’s own gift card
2) during the order process, “Apply this promote” to a specific offer is displayed which is implying that the order is eligible. However, it only disappointments you in the end without a clear message as why the promo can’t be used.
3) when deals are offered at 5.99, it would show the original price til checkout. But it wouldn’t not show the final discount price per item at the check out page, making you guess how the total was reflected.
I like the sandwiches at the place but the app makes me loosing my appetite!Show lessEva3S
Why is my location missing?
So, I saw bad reviews but they looked mostly old and I gave it a chance. Waste of my time. My local schlotzsky’s isn’t listed. It’s 6 miles away. Instead, the app wants me to order from a different location 22 miles away. Uh, I’ll pass. So, I am stuck wondering if I should try the rewards part and scanning receipts, or will that waste my time too?

Only one star because no “0”
I hate this application! Schlotzsky’s needs to find someone that knows how to build an app that works and is user friendly. I can NEVER get my receipt scanned. I have looked all over the entire app and can’t find the scanner. I have asked employees inside the store and their response is “ I don’t know, I don’t have anything to do with that”.
