    It was my first visit to the Canyon Ridge location in Austin. It was a pleasant experience. The building was a beautiful architecture, the large windows overlooking their patio, the service was beyond my expectations actually 100%, the food was delivered to our table quickly & it was fresh & delicious!! Of course, we got the Cinnabon rolls, what a treat!! Thank you, I decided to download the app!

  • Headache to Edit Order

    Any time you need to make a change to your order you have to delete it and start all over. Also there is no option for iced tea if you want that as a drink for your meal. If you order the sanwich individually, then there is the option for tea under drinks, but you cannot select a drink AND chips ordering it that way. Fountain drinks and tea are the same price, so they should be interchangeable as options. Good food, but horrible ordering interface.

  • 10” Veggie Supreme Pizza

    I was really “hankering” for something different to eat for supper as I was driving by my favorite Schlotzsky’s eatery in Cedar Park. I remembered that Pizza was on the menu for Schlotzsky’s and I thought “why not” try a menu item that I had never tried before - a 10” Veggie Supreme Pizza! Well, to make a long story short, it was absolutely hot, well prepared, and delicious! It’s definitely something that will be on my favorites list alongside my Schlotzsky’s favorite sandwiches!

  • My escape during COVID

    I’m staying home due to the pandemic, but your team in Hudson Oaks has been following best practices re: public health safety steps from the start so I feel comfortable going through the drive-thru. Always friendly...some of the few people I see every or every-other week. The food is always good...and a break from food prepared at home. Just wanted to say THANK YOU!

  • Service and cleanliness

    I haven’t been to this location for a while. The service was always ok but what kept me from coming back the cleanliness of the restaurant was not ok. Today I came in to purchase a cinnamon roll and noticed the place was quit clean. I ask the lady if something had changed or new management the lady helping me said she was the new GM. I told her thank you for the good service and told her I would be back now that it’s clean and the atmosphere is better. Thanks for giving my schlotzsys a new face.

  • Finally someone listen and actually gave me extra cheese

    It is so nice to finally get what I pay for I don’t know how many times I have ordered the same exact sandwich and every time I pay for extra cheese and every time they tell me they put extra cheese on it and I don’t get extra cheese this time I got extra cheese
  • Customer service was terrible

    Specially asked if they had a particular bread. Supervisor went to back and checked and said YES they have that particular bread. I get home had RYE bread. Not the bread I specifically asked for. How can you misunderstand that when you went to the back and checked for that exact bread and then gave me wrong bread.

  • Concerns

    I love eating at Schlotzsky’s restaurant and I travel 20 miles to frequent the Kilgore restaurant. The food is always delicious and served with fresh ingredients. The staff is kind and courteous. I was surprised to see the person preparing the sandwiches wearing his mask under his nose tonight. In light of the pandemic and the number of senior citizens being served our safety was not considered on this occasion. There were others that didn’t have their mask pulled up until I addressed my concern to the person taking my order. I want to continue eating there but I also want to be served in a safe and healthy environment.

  • Customer Service

    Lady at the drive thru was not very helpful. Upon asking about the new app I downloaded she pretended not to know anything about it. I asked her if she was to scan anything on the app, she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say anything. I again asked how the app works, she finally said that I would scan the receipt. As I was reading the app it specifically said I could have my app scanned or scan receipt. Upon asking about her scanning it she again directed me to the receipt. I then pointed out what the app stated and she FINALLY indicated the scanner is broken or doesn’t work. I left it at that. Not very helpful...

  • Recommended 🥰😋$$🥗🥘🍔💖💙💝

    Today I was buying my brunch in this place that they have always been very friendly, enthusiastic, available to take pictures of us in our meetings, etc., but today I had a special experience with Camila, a young woman who kindly helped us express our orders in English, She never made us feel bad because we do not speak English clearly, she patiently and with her good aptitude waited for us and helped us to express our order, and she had some nice words at the end when she said “you do not speak bad English you are learning well by using the language ”She said more encouraging words, I asked her her name is Camille, she is outstanding as the other employees have been. We can write and read it, but speaking for me is the hardest part. Thank you Camille Congratulations Zchlozky for your delicious food and customer service. Alexandria LA. 💪🏾💪🏻💪🏽
