App is awful
Doesn’t work; won’t let you search for doctors or facilities
New app
The old app was much easier to navigate. Should have a button to make a payment on the home page. I had to hunt for it. Then had to look for a confirmation number. I guess I’ll get used to it, but the older app was much better. Just my opinion.

Go 365
Where is go 365 on this app. It is no where
Useless
I got my Humana card in the mail and went through the sign in process and from that page went to the App Store to get the app when it downloaded I could not get past the first page. No way to login. And I’m not computer illiterate. Guess I’ll have to be logging onto the website. Makes me doubt if I made the right supplement choice in choosing Humana.

From what I can see, we can no longer make pmts from the app. I have to login online to make a pmt. What do I need the app for??? That Is literally the only reason I downloaded the app.

Great APP update now we have everything here instead of going to the web site . Much easier here now to check on anything. Thank you .
