Multiple cancellations
I tried to make an appointment and got 4 texts saying that 4 different stylists couldn’t make it because of an emergency, then a different person was assigned who wasn’t listed originally as one of the stylist options. Very odd.cosmicbb91
Saved the day last min
I’m so happy I was able to find this app! My niece was having her junior prom and told me last minute she had no idea what to do with her hair or make up. I was very fortunate to find someone last minute and book for her hair and makeup to be done at her home. They both did an awesome job and I will definitely consider using this app again for any future events. My only complaint is they do not service all areas which is unfortunate.Show lessdeniseCha

I love the people When I can get but site says doesn’t service me despite that they have a LOT.!
2nd-asked for a vaccinated person and they ignored.

Not the average stylist it’s an experience
This was by far the best blow dry I ever had. He is the best , my hair has not looked this good in years. From start to finish he had me in cloud Nine. He’s the hair whisperer for sure . My stylist now!!!jennanomous

Dates don’t appear
I keep choosing a date and then when I try to pick a time it tells me to pick a date. It would be nice if an error description would come up or available dates and times would appear. More glitchy than the old version. I could actually book appointments on the old version.
The app seems to be working better, except it keeps telling me to reenter my cc info even though it’s entered correctly.Show lessAimazing1126

I don’t know what I’d do without Priv. But from the booking to the actual service, everything has gone so smoothly. It definitely beats having to go to a salon when you can stay in the comfort of your home and have them come to you. It also allows you to save your favorites so you can easily book with them again. Some of the best makeup experiences I’ve had has been from them. Thank you Priv!Show lessYumz22
