The worst!!!
Actually the worst experience I’ve ever had. Stylist cancelled claiming she couldn’t find the hotel and the stylist / Priv staffed claimed the hotel wouldn’t help them find our room. When speaking with the hotel they said no one had come by. They refused to refund all services. Horrible customer service and so unprofessional. Do not use!!! Worst app in Nor-Cal
If you live in the Bay Area don’t waste your time. It wasted too much of mine. Beauty providers don’t reply. The app cuts your requests off if the provider doesn’t reply in 15 minutes and they don’t. Providers on this app are not interested in the work. It’s in shambles. Apparently it’s operational in LA. No accountability
It’s great when it works, but that’s only sometimes. 2x it’s worked well, 2x the “pro” cancelled a couple hours before the appointment (after confirming 10+ hours before) and 1x they just didn’t show up. No call, nothing. I’d only recommend if you have a TON of flexibility around your schedule.Lmetz03
Don’t use in Los Angeles!
Booked hair and makeup for an event several weeks in advance. It was going to be one of those days with many things going on and hair/makeup for the evening event was important to be able to get to places on time. The time was carefully scheduled. Priv made a few changes to the personnel and then confirmed the appointment weeks ahead of the day. 15 MINUTES before she was to arrive, she sent a message saying she would be 1.5 hours late!!! Of course that would not be okay!!! Turned a celebratory event into complete frantic-ness. So upsetting. Priv is unprofessional and has vendors that will do this to you!Show lessthemommy315
Unreliable
Booked 2 stylists for 3 blowouts. Both were late. One was an hour late and one was 30 min late. The one that was an hour late spent his time apologizing and making excuses and did a terrible blowout. Flat as a board is one way to describe the style. Will never use Priv again. Stick with Glamsquad.Nicholehaj
