Never came
I was very excited about my appointment and did not hear from anyone until my “pro” was already a half hour late. Once we spoke on the phone, she said she had trouble locating the apartment, but never asked for assistance or contacted me, just decided to go the opposite direction. Now that she was an hour late, she called and asked if I still wanted her to come, I said yes. She called back later and said she wouldn’t be coming. Waste of time, extremely unprofessional and terrible communication.Show lessunprofessionalllllllll
App doesn’t load
Is anyone experiencing the app on their iPhones??? I just get a blank screen. I gave it 2 stars because of that, but as a previous user, specifically before the pandemic, the services I ordered and the professionals that I interacted with were always goodalcmdo
So Buggy
This app needs an update bad. It’s buggy, it’s slow and really hard to use when it keeps blanking our and shutting down. Even with leaving reviews for services done, the main page freezes. So frustrating!Zenith the Mage
Never again!
Booked a few appointments a couple months out. Appointments were for my birthday trip in NYC, headed to see a show. Took a shower and checked the app and noticed my hair and makeup appointment was cancelled without any notice what so ever! It put a HUGE damper on the evening, and even made us late for our show! Just AWFUL! They offered to credit me 50$ for the “inconvenience” 🙄 Never ever again!Show lessBrandyGOAT
Canceled the day of.
I had a stylist cancel the morning of my appointment. Now I’m with a random stylist with no portfolio or info. on their profile. This service is unprofessional.

Needs improvement
The app is difficult and it’s challenging to get prompt customer service if your professional bails.
My make up professional was excellent. My hair person canceled 55 minutes before the appointment. I understand life happens, but it became my problem to try to find someone or do it myself. If I wanted to do my own beauty, I wouldn’t have booked two weeks in advance. I had to keep booking on the app and wait for anyone to respond. Each time authorizing my credit card be charged. Customer service responds well after the scheduled appointment time. Not the first time; actually two out of two for using this app and service.Show lessCatlike quick

Great makeup and hair
I have only used the app once. But the person who came was amazing! I love that this app makes it so easy to get hair and makeup done - definitely helpful for me with 3 kids at home.hduns
