It’s a rotting shell of what it used to be, it’s all about trapping you, once you pay for your food, that’s all your getting and you’re lucky if you receive all the items. Once you pay for the food, everything stops right there no customer support no remorse no sympathy cold as ice agents on the phone. No one cares once you hit pay none of them care just give a proper resolution to whatever issue it is. They have failed us on multiple occasions. We will never use them again.

I’ve used this app so many times and never have I ever had any issues with my delivery. Sure they may have been late once but they called to let me know! Awesome service and easy to use platform!
