Faster Delivery
Two hours is extreme to wait on a delivery especially considering the delivery cost is not necessarily affordable. We appreciate the variety and convenience but the timelines need to be revised
Not worth it.
Waste of time only to be told that they don’t deliver to my address. That should already be set in the app so people are not wasting time ordering only be left with disappointment. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back when all this could have been avoided.

Simply brilliant. Works incredibly well for ordering for my elderly mum while am at work or out. The delivery drivers have all been polite and communicate well. This is a great delivery product for Jamaicans!

Avoid 7krave at all costs they are the prime example of what happens when you give people of color a chance to shine…they take advantage.
It’s a rotting shell of what it used to be, it’s all about trapping you, once you pay for your food, that’s all your getting and you’re lucky if you receive all the items. Once you pay for the food, everything stops right there no customer support no remorse no sympathy cold as ice agents on the phone. No one cares once you hit pay none of them care just give a proper resolution to whatever issue it is. They have failed us on multiple occasions. We will never use them again.

Great transparent service. The drivers are well mannered and communicative. The app is very easy to navigate. I can rely on 7Krave when cooking and driving are not an option. Overall great app.
Improved Interface
Love the improved interface with the pop up notifications on the progress of the order and ease of applying rewards points and balances. Only issue is the response time from customer support - a more responsive turnaround would significantly improve service quality.
The most unreliable delivery app ever, slow slow slow
I wish I didn’t have to use it, I cannot wait for a competitor to take over. Customer service does not care about customers, if the order is wrong they don’t fix it, there’s no tracking of the driver, if you ask customer service for an eta they say soon… every order takes over an hour, groceries take 4 hours or more.
