  • IMCU Security/Password Change Process

    This process would not accept my new password which meets the listed requirements. I feel you need to devise a process to maintain protected security access by some other means than changing the password per time protocols. You have questions in place to verify who I am. There has to be a better way to protect my account and make this app more user friendly.

  • User friendly IMCU app!

    I’ve had great experience using the IMCU app which is easy to navigate. I use it to balance my accounts, pull up statements, ask questions (which are answered in a timely manner), and transfer monies.
  • Very user friendly

    I have been a member of Indiana members credit union since the 90s. I love that there are more branches around Indianapolis & surrounding towns. But when I can’t make it into a branch, the mobile banking is very convenient.
  • Reliable App

    The app launches easily even under low data circumstances. Very handy and useful. I have similar apps from other banks and credit unions. They stop working with fingerprint or Face ID after a few weeks of no activity. But the IMCU app does not stop service unless it is inactive for several months.
  • Keeping Me Informed

    I Love being able to do all my transactions when I need to without having to go to the credit union before they close. But if I do need to go they are there to assist me. 👍🏼
  • Online banking IMCU

    I am so happy with my banking online. I have had nothing but trouble doing online with another bank. It has been screwed up from the get go and isn’t straightened out even today. Thanks for all the features you provide me and the ease of use. Kristin J Doyle
  • Fast, Easy, and Secure

    The app makes life easier. Full access to all my account info while I’m traveling and home. I have to add that on any occasion I need to visit a branch the staff is Always courteous, very helpful and pleasant.
  • The Potential is There

    In comparison to the UX of apps for any other given financial institution, this one sits remarkably middle tier. There’s some clunkiness when it comes to menu navigation, especially between the hamburger menu and drop-down options in the sidebar. Something I feel may remedy this would be consolidating our options into less and/or more general categories, or to implement them as features on a related page. I don’t have much feedback on stylistic elements, other than maybe a modern refresh. I think these suggestions are most relevant to the obviously fragmented layout and organization of transfers.

    I’d also like to note that load times are far better than previous versions. Customer support is top tier by any comparison.

  • Some problems.

    The app has some user friendly problems. The user can’t determine if the problem is in the software or some kind of internet connection problems. You should be able to transfer money or pay bills and get an immediate response but sometimes it takes 24 hours to post.
  • Convenient and Simple

    I’ve been with different banks and used different apps, and this one is on par to being the better option to navigate my account.
