Good app, needing a stretch itself.

This app is good but limited. The one routine is too general and would be better if there were routines for specific muscle groups or sport specific routines. With these features it would become more useful.
Other than how it currently is the countdown and timer for holding the stretches is fantastic because some of us are more flexible than others and I like the ability to hold the streches longer before or after a run or other event.
Now please make this better than it is and realize its ability to help us all!

Awesomely useful and intelligently done!

What's more confusing than trying to figure out a stretching routine? What further complicates the matter is trying to decide just how long you should stretch for. 'Stretching' app simply takes out all of the guess work and gets right down to the matter of, well, stretching.

It has a solid routine with a timing system that tells you just how long the particular stretch will be. What else is its statistical information and user control over the timers.

This app is brilliantly made, with solid features and intelligent design and ability. Five stars all the way!

Great Introduction to Stretching

Covers a wide range of stretches across the whole body with clear and easy to understand instructions. Doesn't take long to do at all!

Would be good to have advanced progressions for specialty moves such as learning the splits.

Great little app

If you're struggling to stretch regularly this is a great little app to kick-start regular stretching, would like to have additional stretches added and maybe an option to specifically target different areas of the body.

Beginner

As a beginner to working out (to whom the notion of stretching beforehand came as something of a revelation), the most basic question I ask is "okay, right, so what the hell am I supposed to do, like a couple of jumping jacks or what?" This app answers that question clearly and concisely, so that I can do a regular workout without leaving myself all sore and discouraged. Thanks guys.
