Thank you so much for this app. I used it once this morning and now once before bed and already see myself using it daily. Very easy to follow, everything you'd want in a guided stretching app and none of the junk you don't need. So simple. Love it.

I use this app every other night, great to stretch it out after a long day at work... or recovering from hard workouts. Doesn't take too long but still effective. Love it. Clean interface too!

I am a huge fan of this app and have been for several months. It has really helped me push my beginner stretches! My pike and butterfly in particular have progressed a lot. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get into a stretching routine!
My only issue is that as I find myself progressing through the stretch, I wish I could add others that help push my flexibility further. I see other similar requests for more stretches. My minimal-complexity suggestion would be to allow users to add pictures/descriptions of other stretches to modify/add to the routine.
