Brilliant!
I love this app and I use it on a daily basis. Not only does it help make amends to your flexibility but I also use it as a source of meditation and a source to learn how to be more patient. I highly recommend it and just give it a try because it doesn't hurt to do so, and you never know how many improvements it will help make in your physical areas.

Great, Simple App
I love this app. It's very simple and easy to use. I've been using it for a week and is now part of my morning routine.
Suggestion: please add additional stretches and the ability to modify the routine. There is a stretch I don't do and add others due to my shoulder bursitis. I'm willing to pay up to $2.00 for the app if/when you add those features.

Simple and easy to use
Stretches your whole body in a short amount of time. Good to use if you're short on time but still want to get a good stretch.

It uses a very tidy and clear layout.
Getting through the stretches doesn't take long so is easy to keep consistent day to day.
If there was a way to keep it as simple and time efficient but add more stretches, it would be wonderful (Making it alternate between two 9 stretch programs perhaps).

Perfect for beginners
I'm new to stretching and was informed to do so since I'm incredibly stiff in my legs. It's definitely gonna take some time to loosen up, but I'm already starting to feel better. You just have to be on top of it. I miss days sometimes, but I try to do them everyday, 30sec per stretch. I hope I'll be able to increase my time soon. You definitely feel good afterward.

Working the kinks out at 55
I found this app very useful, being that I haven't done any significant stretching in decades. My only suggestion would be that it would add some core stretches. It would also be helpful if they would identify what muscles would feel the stretching in the poses. Great app!
