Stops Working Often

I have it set to remind me to stand up throughout the day every day. It will work for a day or two, and then stop. Today I forgot about it and didn’t stand up all day. Which is easy to do when I’m so busy working on a computer all day. I was looking through my App Library for something else, and saw this app, which reminded me it hadn’t worked all day. I opened it and it said it was still set. If I have to remember to open the app to refresh, then it defeats the purpose of having a reminder. I also paid the tip so it wasn’t free. Would be awesome if it actually worked all of the time. I enjoy standing more when it does work.

It doesn’t work alarm keeps going even after it says next reminder in an hour then alarm goes off after 15min

Simple fitness boost

Perfect ap to remind you to get up and move if you are sitting all day. Every hour I take a quick walk around the office, then add 10 push-ups, squats, or a sun salutation. At the end of the day I’ve done 70-80 exercises without even thinking about it.

Simple and great message "Stand up - we want you to live longer". That says it all - in a nice way that makes me smile. Encouraging and inspiring. I use it with the new feature on my Fitbit, which encourages me to walk at least 250 steps each hour.

Stand up

Excellent reminder to just move let alone stand up. With working from home and spending most of my day in front of a computer, Stand Up reminds me to move and stretch.
You can name your reminder which is great as I add “drink water”.
Would certainly recommend.

Huge difference in my workdays

Due to the pandemic, I’ve been working at home for more than 8 months. This app has made a huge difference in my daily routine, reminding me to get up & stretch

Simple and Flexible

I have severe ADHD, so my sense of time is basically nonexistent; I really do require the scheduled alerts to even realize time has passed if I’m concentrating on something. I love that I can set this specifically to my office location, and choose not only how often to get up but also for how long. The interface is really straightforward and clean, and I really appreciate that ALL the additional sounds can be unlocked with just the one small purchase.

I’ve only had this activated for half a day and I already feel WAY less exhausted and gross than I usually do. Probably the most successful health-related app I’ve tried so far.

Simple app, perfect for reminders to take breaks

It took a bit of searching to find this app, but it’s perfect for what I needed. I messed up my near eyesight from not taking solid visual breaks from my computer over the years. I’m at risk of getting double vision now if I don’t fix my habits. I needed something to get my attention every 20 mins to look into the distance. This is perfect because I can specify weekdays only, start/stop time and intervals. The default noise is perfect because it’s short and simple, so I don’t get sick of it like I would a ringtone.
