Doesn’t recognize my address
Neither the app nor the website recognize my address. I have been ordering from other pizza places to avoid having to call and read my whole credit card number. I hope this gets updated.
It’s Easier To Call OR choose another pizza place
My street is serviced by two locations but the app defaults to the one I DON’T like. The only way to get the one I prefer is to re-enter my address as a new account every time. You have known about this problem for two years now. FIX IT FOR F@$& SAKE!

3rd attempt
3rd attempt at using app to order food. No luck. It freezes every time on the last step “payment “ and I can’t go any further. I clear the app and order Pizza Hut
Can’t order
Not sure what is going on, but no one I know can get the app to work anymore. It will let you order then won’t accept payment. Has been going on for weeks.
Great - needs some tweaks
The app in general is great. I have 2 suggestions:
1. You cant select “select payment” in the app, so you literally just can’t order anything.
2. Make the address function more intuitive. For example, my address has a “west” which is usually at the beginning (after the number) but the app makes you type it so it’s at the end. If you didn’t know any better you wouldn’t be able to find your address or order anything.

Cant do delivery orders
glitch in app where it wont allow me to select pyment.
I give up.
Every time I try to put my address in it won’t fine it. Please fix this been like this for months.
Needs Apple Pay
Nice app now. But it needs the Apple Pay API implemented in the app. Would make checking out SO much easier and quicker! Please Add Apple Pay! I can help!
Can’t order delivery on app anymore
For the love of all things Buddy LaRosa, please fix the app!! I’m not the only one, I see it in other reviews and I’ve talked about it with my friends. It lets me get through the entire order process and at the end tells me my address is invalid, the store is closed or not accepting orders. Then I call and it’s not closed! Or I get on my laptop and order delivery just fine. You took away all the good coupons, now you’re taking away a huge convenience. Makes no sense!
