Ordering online
I decided I needed to remove a pizza I had started to order so that I could change the size. You can’t remove it. There is zero way to do it. It stays in your cart for life. I ended up ordering somewhere else because I can’t remove anything from my cart. They lost a sale from me and most likely future sales too.

Poor app
The app will not let you order delivery and hasn’t allowed it for a couple of months at least I haven’t been able to order delivery from it for that long. And the food isn’t as good as it was a few months ago either. At least on the delivery side of things anyway.

Inferior to webpage ordering
This rating would improve if the app supported Apple Pay. As it is, on a credit card order, one must enter manually all the card information (I don’t allow merchants to save my payment info, afraid of breaches).
The browser version is almost identical, but at least Safari auto fills credit card info.

Address Issue
I cannot get delivery through the app lately as my address is always invalid when it appears in the drop down options
Great Pizza, Horrible app
I can’t get anything in this app to work right. Please repair app. I order from my phone, so I will not be ordering from you all until this is resolved. Other apps work just fine.

Poorly Designed App
Buddy really should consider hiring someone who knows how to design an app. Very frustrating even when trying to enter my home address. I can’t imagine ordering a pizza using this app. It is the best advertisement for Donato’s Pizza that I’ve come across yet.
Mostly, on my phone, the app is just the logo. It’s a shame because their food is good. If I can’t easily place an order, then it’s just more efficient to place my order with another company.

The app update is terrible
The updated app is a pain! I have a newer phone and the app takes a long time to load and I still have to enter my password because it “forgets” my login info. Most of the time, I just call or go to the website now because it’s more convenient than using the actual app.
Can’t find my address
My address isn’t a tricky address and is right in the heart of downtown Newport. However, it can’t find my address no matter how I type it. And that’s even after it requires to know my location via gps.
I have decided to order Papa John’s 3 times because of this terrible app. You guys need to get a better mapping service.
