Interest too high

The card is good. I like the points I received back from Scheels. The only bad thing is the interest rate is so freaking high on this thing and they will do nothing to lower the interest even though companies have the right to do that so if you get the card and you use it for the rewards and pay it off all the time, it’s OK but if you have a balance, not a good card

Payment- setup

I needed to update the routing number on my account and nowhere in the system. Does it allow me to see what the routing number is so I proceeded to call your customer service and after three hours on the phone off and on I still am at square one, not knowing if I have the right routing number on my payment supposedly, they have deleted it however, I followed all of their instructions and deleted the lovely app and then reloaded it, and my payment information is still in there, which I have no way of knowing if it is correct or not, so your system stinks that you are not allowed to see the routing number of your payment to know if it is correct that is why you got one star

To resolve this issue, we would recommend selecting 'Add new external account' when scheduling your payment, and putting in the updated routing and account information. Once the payment posts to your account, any previously saved routing and account information will be deleted automatically. Can’t wait to get rid of it

Let me be clear. I love Scheels. I have spent thousands there. I finally agreed to get their credit card. I have had this credit card for some time now. I have never missed a payment. Payed it off once to zero, then used it some more. They have lowered my available credit twice now. I know it’s their right to do so as they see fit. I don’t care though. Once it’s paid off I’m done.

No better service

I stopped in with my 9 year old grand daughter & my 6 year old grand son to buy them some winter gear for school. The gentleman that helped us was STELLAR! He got down on their eye level to talk to them both, measured their feet for boots, helped them in their decision on coats, snow pants, gloves, gave them high fives & let them know they were important in helping him help them. We played a little basketball in the arcade, shopped the candy section & picked out some goodies & headed out the door with the finest shopping day EVER!!! You all rock at what you do & this is where life & shopping are all smiles:)
I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped us but unfortunately I don’t. I would love to give him credit for a job well done. God knows who he is so May he be blessed this new year ahead.

Accounts to make payment from

I wish I could have 2 accounts to pay from so I wouldn’t have to type in all account information if I want to pay from a second time.

FNBO reduced my credit limit without warning

My credit limit on this card was dropped from $7700 to $550 suddenly and without warning. My payment history on the account at the time was current. My credit score was hurt because ratio of debt load compared to credit limit increased.

Login errors

Since the last iPhone update I have been unable to login and or make payments from my app , I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling and now I can’t even log in , guess I’ll just call to make payments or close the card account !

Not worth it

I was led to believe this card gave 0% interest on all purchases over $500 but that’s only to Scheels purchases. The return seems minimal for having another credit line open and I wish I didn’t open it. Just got a late fee of $29 for missing payment date which is my bad but in general I don’t suggest this card
