    Not a friendly interface. Takes long time to log on, access features of app. Almost had to go to support for help.

  • Not happy

    You kept my partner on hold for 55 mins waiting for tech support 2 days ago. He finally had to hang up. Virgin should have called him, you did not!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!!! He has unlimited data & yet he capped out at 80 GB, that’s fraudulent. His phone is now running 1000 times slower! As for me, the text message saying my data has now ended but will renew in 6 days while your app says it’s 3 days. So which is it? Extremely frustrated. Branson is a billionaire, surely his service should be practically perfect!!!

  • Disgusting company.

    It was a huge mistake to use the services of this company. When I moved from Canada to another country within a month I closed my account and service and paid the full amount that was in the account and deleted my account. After 2 months they charged another 72 dollars for unknown reason and filed it with the credit bureau as a delinquency. I can not pay as the account has already been deleted. Technical support does not know what to do in this case. This company will do everything to ruin your credit history and your life. Never use the services of this company.

  • Hard to understand usage details

    Usage warnings are not explained very well.

    It’s bad coverage at a premium and the long distance charges WOW.

    It’s very easy to use and quite straightforward. I love the accessibility.
  • Overcharges

    After being told I’d not get charged for using the service outside Canada by keeping my phone on airplane mode and using Wi-Fi, however,I still got a bill with my monthly charges and $70.00 plus extras. It’s happened a couple of times. Since I didn’t use data or telecom services there should be no extra charges. I did use my devise on a Wi-Fi service! They informed me that I should have called them before leaving Canada to avoid the extras. I’m now in suspension and forced to pay with the understanding that I can dispute the charge and possibly have it reversed when I return to Canada in 5 months. Airplane mode and Wi-Fi usage implies that I don’t need any extra services from Virgin. I’m a loyal customer but feel treated unfairly.
