I have a Canadian number and I am currently in the US and I have just received a bill for one month for $240. I am not using my Canadian number but I have kept the line active in case someone needs to call me from Canada. Why is my bill so high?Service
Absolutely the worst service during the COVID crisis. No incoming or outgoing calls on my cell. A voice recording of super heroes working on it is not acceptable. Still no service since mid March.

Can’t even log into my account it has said it has technical issues for the past month. How does the app have technical issues for a month? I’ve deleted and re downloaded the app and it still won’t let me in.Pathetic
It’s ridiculous that I am getting charged $200+ monthly.. y’all have been 0 to no help with anything. I have been to your stores where I set up a “one time” data addition which unbeknownst to me, was actually a recurring monthly fee. Your service is pathetic.
