  • Not impressed

I love logic puzzles, but many of these in this set are not worded very well. It can be confusing what a description is actually referring to. I had to use hints way to much because I was understanding less than other puzzle apps.
  • Fun until it”s not

Puzzles progress quickly from moderate to extremely difficult. I can’t figure out how they arrived at some of the hints. Wish the clue(s) would highlight so I could understand where the hint comes from. That might improve my strategy.
  • Not enough puzzles

Good, and the puzzles are challenging, but there aren’t enough of them. I went through them in a day.

Thanks for giving it a try. I used to charge for the app and include 30 puzzles, but people asked to "try before they buy". So now it’s a free app, with 10 free puzzles, free of ads, free of nags, with full privacy. I wish it could all be free, but quality puzzles take time and effort to create and check. Paying for puzzles pays the authors, editors and programmers and keeps the app ad-free. Thanks, Michael
  • Would Welcome a Tweek

Being able to mark a square with a question mark would be very welcome. Otherwise, frustrating, challenging, mind-bending, and quite satisfying.
  • Best

Love the challenge. I’d like to have an option to lock in the tru values so when you do get in situation where you want to fix the mistake(s)the locked mode on true values would help.

    Otherwise 👍🏽
  • Big con

Downloaded this game, played the games that were available (9) then if I wanted more games I had to pay for them!!! Will be deleting the app now.

  • It’s a small thing, but..

Please don’t lock the puzzle out before I have a chance to completely fill out the grid. I’m new to logic puzzles and this would be incredibly helpful.
  • Much different from “Logic Puzzles”

This is an update to my previous review. I had correspondence with the developer which cleared up some issues I was having, and for that my rating has improved dramatically.
This Logic Problems app game is very different from Logic Puzzles. It has a different style and feel; the clues are sometimes a puzzle in themselves. Both games give a round of puzzles for free, you can try before you buy. Personally, I do not care for the style in this “Logic Problems” game. That said, the games are proofed by the puzzle supplier and other people are able to complete them - they are just too difficult for me and I find them frustrating, even at lower difficulty levels than on the “Puzzles” app.
I would also like to retract my previous statement that the developer had removed my poor review of his app. Developers are unable to do this.
So, if you enjoy this type of brain teaser I would say give it a shot, it’s a free trial, you only have to pay if you enjoy it and want more.

[Edited] Thanks so much for getting in touch. I'm glad we were able to chat. Yes, some people like these traditional paper puzzles (converted to screen format), while others prefer the newer ones available in my other app "Logic Grid Puzzles". Vive la différence. Thanks again for taking the time. Happy puzzling! Cheers, Michael
  • Good game

I like these puzzles, but.... it would be great to get at least one “true” hint in each puzzle
  • Poorly written puzzles

Deleting this. Would be fun if the Logic puzzles were, well, logical! These types of puzzles have to be carefully written and double checked to provide clues and make sense with each other and the story. That is literally the basis for it. So why on one game where you have to figure out where all the cats nap in their owners home, how old they are and how long he’s had them does the story say he hasn’t owned any cats for longer than they’ve been alive, but the age of starts at 3yrs old while the categories in the grid allow for him to have owned some of the cats for only 1 or 2 years?
This is just an exercise in frustration when the information being provided has not been double and triple checked for accuracy! You’re supposed to be able to rely on the information being provided, not have to wonder if it’s wrong. The point isn’t to trick people into failing with half-truths. Anyone who’s ever taken the LSAT knows how well properly and infallibly written these games can and need to be to solve them.

Hi, I OBSESS about quality, as does Penny Dell who provide these puzzles. The cat puzzle is hard, but it’s complete. The clues are sufficient and correct. The sample puzzles, especially, have been solved thousands of times. Email a screenshot to me anytime at support@eggheadgames.com and I’ll take a look if you’re stuck. Cheers, Michael
