  • Product Name Missing from App

I’m just setting up my at home InBody device and noticed that the app doesn’t have InBody H20N as a product choice. It only has InBody H20. For some reason, I feel like I’m already being cheated of some “upgrades”. Please clarify.
  • App doesn't scale to different screens

I normally use this app on my phone since I weigh in at a fitness shop, but decided to download it to my iPad so I could see the sheets easier. However, the app only shows what it would on a phone, leaving a lot of blank black space even in portrait mode. It's disappointing considering how standard responsive design should be nowadays

Hello lavernuiust, Thank you for taking the time in sharing your feedback with us! We shared your feedback with our development team and hopefully we can get something in the works in the near future to make the app easier to use. As an alternative, you can download the digital copy of your result sheet from the app allowing you to save a picture copy of the result. The image is a high-quality copy allowing you to easily transfer it to your iPad or computer to be able to better view your results. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
  • Hate the new updates

I really liked this app until I saw that a new feature categories you based on a particular body type, that does not take into account a multitude of factors about said person’s fitness journey. Also, the ranking based on BF%. Unhealthy body fat percentages should not be glorified, especially for women.

  • So disappointed

App has gotten worse rather than better. My scan results no longer update automatically. Even worse, when I manually enter results, they disappear when I log in again later.
  • “History” section.

“History” section is not working. It just freezes every time it opens.
  • Apple Health sync for gym devices please!

This app would be amazing if you could add your info to the health app. The buttons that take you to some link in a browser are annoying and make the experience slow. Especially the one on the bottom at the center. The pictures on the app info section also don’t reflect the redesign.

Hello idavidram95, There was a delay in updating the screenshots and descriptions for the app when we updated to the new version of the app, however, we have updated the information and you should be able to see the latest information now. If you are testing on the InBody App with one of our Home Health devices you can sync your information to the Apple Home Health app by heading to the Setup menu and selecting the option for Sync with Apple Health When you click to enable you will be taken to the Apple Health's permission page which will allow you to confirm which information you would like to share with Apple Health. For your results on the InBody professional devices, our team is currently working on making this possible and hope to have it available soon.
  • Last version was a good step

Previously the functionality was basic. This latest update is a very nice improvements. Love that the release notes indicate that Apple Health Integration is coming soon. Exactly what I have been wanting. Looking forward to what’s to come.

  • You just took away what I paid for. Stop it!

I bought this scale partly because of the layout of the app. So, you essentially just took away from me what I paid for in the first place. Please only update your software on new products, so your customers can retain the user environment they paid for. Nothing like having a product you love changed into something you don’t like overnight.

  • Buggy

The app could be great but with the website not working well and the app being buggy it's hard to see goals. I applied how easy it is to see all my scans and what not. And I LOVED that there is a new feature to set goals like adding fat or muscle or losing fat or muscle. However, the minus sign doesn't work when my goal is to drop fat. I already have so much muscle I want to lean out but I can't even set that as my goal. It's a little annoying and frustrating.

Hello jaybay92196, Currently we are only offering access to your test data through the InBody app and currently do not offer a website app. I have shared this with our team and hopefully we can expand your options on how you can view your data, beyond the app, in the near future. Regarding the Goal Setting feature, you will need to use the "+" symbol to indicate how many pounds you would like to lose. Once you provide the number of pounds, the app will calculate the rest and let you know how many pounds you have left to lose from your last reading. I hope this clarifies the confusion, but if you need more assistance please contact us at App@InBody.com
  • Works Well Enough

This was great to be able to view current and historical readings - a little concerning that anyone could have gone ahead a set this up with my phone number and had access to my personal info.

Biggest gripe is the date format though, for those of us used to d/m/y seeing m/d/y is so irritating and requires more thought to understand the time period between readings. This should be a customisable setting.
