No Apple Pay is inexcusable!
This would be a 5 star review if you enabled Apple Pay. I shouldn’t have to manually enter my credit card or jeopardize my card security, ever. It’s 2023. Apple should honestly require it for any app that can take payments.
Update: even adding a credit card is now broken. There is no way to continue with the purchase after *manually* adding my card. There is only a back button that clears out everything I just entered. And of course there is no option to pay at pickup. So guess what you lost a customer until you fix this because I’m not waiting in line!

Dining Rooms always seem to be a mess
Second Ciusins we’ve been to in the Valley, and every table has crumbs on it and the floor was dirty too. I said something and the counter came out and wiped down tables but didn’t sweep up the floor.
Disappointed in the cleanliness but we love the food.
Prices are a little high but I guess that’s the way it ids all going.

Your app used to be awesome but now it’s trash, won’t let me pay and tells me I need to make my payment the same as what my tip is. As much as I love your subs, I won’t order anymore until it’s fixed
horrible..
I decided to go to cousins subs this afternoon because l was very hungry and it was just around the corner. We go in, order are food, and it takes them 30 MINUTES! I was losing my patience so l was hoping our food was going to be nice, hot, and fresh. We eventually got our food and we ordered 2 large fries and they were soggy and cooked at the same time? So l was very disappointed in that. We also ordered 3 subs with extra mayo because they usually don’t put a whole lot into there bread, and they gave us no mayo at all… Are subs were VERY dry. I definitely don’t recommend this place unless you like soggy food, no mayo in your subs, and waiting forever.

Our last visit to sorrow 1143
We were actually disappointed with our last cousins visit. This rarely happens the staff was great however the bread wasn’t the same I had a cheese steak and the bread was soggy and falling apart almost like it wasn’t cooked enough. The same with the Ruben sandwich the bread got soggy right away. We even ate there. The fries also weren’t done enough. Usually this cousins is really good.

My cashier Qianna C was so friendly and bubbly. It was very refreshing these days with such a negative impact on the work force lately!
Almost perfect
The only thing I wished was different today was the fountain machine was broken so when my friend and I ordered the meal deals she said she would give us bottles instead but she charged us for the bottles. So it was almost $30 for 2 meals. That’s quite pricey in my opinion. It would have been nice to be just charged the fountain in price instead.
