Very useful and convenient I have been using it since the launch of the application
App Fails to when purchasing ticket
The app continually says that the chosen seat has been taken, and refuses to process the purchase, even if you havenโt chose a seat! Or have chosen an empty seat as per the seat grid that shows in the app. Therefore Iโm not able to buy the ticket on the app.
It works perfectly on the actual website on a pc. Been told that it works on an iPad too. Nas Air has a much better app. Always works smoothly.

It will make a very easy to pay for a ticket and check the price of the ticket very well organized
Just doesnโt work
Aside from all the other things that people have mentioned. The app and for that matter the website are appalling. Regularly crash, regularly donโt register bookings etc. I wouldnโt even use it to check in because once you get to the airport you will still need to check in at a desk because the machine wonโt work if you check in online. Saudia is tech handicapped. Itโs not more convenient than just going to the check in machine at the airport and boarding your flight.

Problem when checking in
This problem occurs frequently and it always says that they couldnโt find my booking reference
Essential Feature Request: Redeem Miles
I like the current progression in the latest released versions and itโs definitely going in the right direction at last. However, redeeming miles is a major feature that is still missing and hopefully it will be added soon. Add that and fix the connectivity issues with your servers, as the app tends to be unresponsive at many time especially during making a booking, and you will get a solid 5 Star rating from me.
