Garbage!
The website for train information shouldn’t have been combined with the BART PD app. It takes too long to get to the train information! The train information portion of this app is buggy and sometimes doesn’t open! EPIC FAIL BART!
Quick text response, no police response
At 6 am, two passengers in the next seat were actively shooting up and one was fumbling with his sharp. I texted Bart watch, because I was afraid he had dropped his needle on the seat for another passenger to sit on.
I immediately received a response from dispatch, but no cops came. When I texted back, the dispatcher asked me if I would consider making a citizen’s arrest. I had no idea how that works and was texting BART because I was afraid to confront these people shooting up.
BART police never showed up while I was on the train. and BART ignored my request for confirmation that the police ever responded.

can’t send because no signal
why have an app when you can’t report because no signal.
San Francisco is a world class city.
Savy travelers take the train from SFO with their luggage and put up with filthy and loudly obnoxious trains.
This system is a cheaply made and maintained disgrace.
Stop giving free tickets to people who get out of jail.
London and Paris don’t have this problem!

Useless
I have reported so many incidents and crimes in progress only to hear back asking “do you want to press charges”! How convenient of BART police to be at their desk and not patrolling BART like they used to 10 years ago. Crime will get worse on BART.

No point in reporting crimes
BART won’t act on crimes reported. I see and report the same junkies, fare evaders and disruptive behavior all the time, only to be told BART police don’t respond to infractions or minor misdemeanors. Cool. I’ll delete the app and leave reporting crimes to someone else.
Not available outside the US App Store
For visitors to the US who ride BART and don’t have access to the US App Store they can’t download this app. Please make the app available in all Apple App Stores worldwide so everyone that rides BART can use it.

No response from police
I reported a disruptive behavior during my commute and did not get any response from the police - specifically about a man smoking in the train - several commuters were really annoyed and upset with this behavior - the smell of smoke really bothered me and several other passengers - I couldn’t understand why no one came.

Station agent
Station agent was unwilling to help me paying for parking. I am an 80 year old woman with luggage and a disabled placard. I hope I don’t get a ticket because I was unable to find out how to pay. This happened on9/7 at 2:10 at the Orinda Bart station. I am using this platform because I couldn’t find any other place on your website to report this.

No response from Bart police
The Bart police are useless. I keep reporting people parking in handicap drop off who have no placard being displace or on there plates. Ok
